mercado de exterior contemporneo, creando un nuevo concepto.
Despus de acercar el mediterrneo a todos los rincones del mundo,
queremos ocupar nuevos espacios: GANDIA BLASCO PASSDOOR.
In 1996, Gandia Blasco revolutionised the contemporary outdoor
furniture market with its collection called Na Xemena, creating a new
concept. After bringing the Mediterranean closer to all the corners of
the world, we want to occupy new spaces: GANDIA BLASCO PASSDOOR.

Sistema de prgolas para exterior fabricado con aluminio anodizado o lacado (blanco, bronce y arena). El pavimento interior est fabricado con madera tecnolgica realizada con fbras vegetales y plstico. Es un
material que no necesita mantenimiento. Techo fabricado con tablero fenlico y cubierta exterior de chapa galvanizada. Nota: Cristales no incluidos.
Outdoor pergola system made of anodized or lacquered aluminium (white, bronze and sand). The interior foor is made of technological wood made of vegetable fbres and plastic. This material does not require
maintenance. Ceiling made of phenolic board and external walls of galvanized steel. Note: Glass not included.

Utilizar el Kit de Limpieza Gandia Blasco para las estructuras y accesorios.
Seguir las instrucciones y recomendaciones de mantenimiento de las tapicerias segn la fcha tcnica de cada una de las referencias. Las encontrarn en cada uno de nuestros muebles.
Mantenimiento y uso general.
Para una ptima conservacin de los muebles se recomienda limpiar peridicamente todos los elementos del mueble, como se indica en las instrucciones de limpieza, evitando as la acumulacin de suciedad e
impurezas sobre el mueble. En ambientes marinos o con elevada humedad ( como SPAs, Beach Clubs, ) es recomendable extremar las precauciones de limpieza, especialmente en las colecciones de acero inoxidable.
Es aconsejable realizar un mantenimiento exhaustivo al inicio y al fnal de cada temporada, revisando todos los elementos que componen el mueble y realizando una buena limpieza de estos, haciendo hincapi entre
los huecos de las tablas para evitar la excesiva acumulacin de polvo y suciedad. Los muebles son resistentes a ralladuras e impactos bajo condiciones normales de uso. La exposicin prolongada a temperaturas
superiores a 60 C (140 F) puede causar daos en los materiales con los que estn fabricados.

Use the Gandia Blasco Cleaning Set for frames and accessories.
Follow the care instructions and recommendations for the upholsteries according to the respective technical data sheet. The data sheets are included with our furniture.
Care and general use.
For an optimal conservation of the furniture, we recommend to clean all elements regularly, following the cleaning instructions, thus avoiding any accumulation of dirt and impurities on the furniture. Nearby the
sea or in atmospheres with a high humidity level (like SPAs, Beach Clubs, ) we recommend to take additional cleaning precautions, especially with stainless steel collections. It is advisable to carry out thorough care
procedures and check the furniture and all its elements at the beginning and the end of every season, especially between table holes, to make sure that there is no accumulation of dust and dirt. The furniture is
resistant to scratches and impacts under normal use conditions. Prolonged exposure to temperatures above 140F (60 C) may harm the materials of which they are made.

Utilizar en espacios abiertos y bien ventilados, y colocar sobre una superfcie plana, antideslizante y no infamable. Verter el lquido en el brasero y encender con precaucin con una cerilla. No rellenar ni manipular el
recipiente con lquido infamable durante la combustin. Despus de apagar la llama, dejar enfriar durante unos minutos para proceder a su manipulacin. mantener fuera del alcance de los nios. Se recomienda la
utilizacin de bioetanol porque emite una llama limpia y clara y no produce residuos ni humo en su combustin.

Use in outdoor, draughty spaces and place it on a fat, non-slip, non-fammable surface. Pour the liquid in the brazier and light it carefully with a match. Do not fll it or manipulate the container with fammable liquid

PEDIDOS
El cliente deber formalizar correctamente el pedido va email o fax. No se aceptarn
pedidos escritos a mano.
Todos los pedidos tienen que llevar una referencia de cliente o una referencia numrica.
Todas las lneas de descripcin del producto, trminos de venta, referencias, etc, se deben
comprobar una vez recibida la factura pro forma enviada por Gandia Blasco. Reclamar
factura pro forma en caso que no haya llegado pasados 72 horas de la formalizacin
del pedido.
No se aceptarn cambios en los pedidos 72 horas despus de la recepcin de la pro
forma.
No se aceptarn devoluciones de mercanca sin la previa autorizacin de Gandia Blasco.
FORMAS DE PAGO
Segn condiciones comerciales previamente establecidas.
El retraso en los pagos o cualquier anomala en estos, implica la retencin de los pedidos
pendientes, siendo por cuenta del comprador todos los gastos fnancieros y jurdicos que
se deriven del incumplimiento de lo acordado.
Esta tarifa de precios anula las anteriores.
La formalizacin de un pedido implica la aceptacin de las presentes condiciones
generales.
RECLAMACIONES
Los daos causados por el transporte debern ser reportados durante las 72 horas
siguientes a la descarga de la mercanca. Esta reclamacin debe ir acompaada del
n de factura correspondiente y con la nota de entrega frmada en destino; indicando
claramente las observaciones de daos externos visibles en las cajas. Si es posible hay
que aportar una fotografa del estado en el que se encuentra el embalaje en la descarga.
Gandia Blasco no se har cargo de ningn dao causado por el transporte notifcado con
posterioridad a las 72 horas.
Cualquier reclamacin por defecto de fabricacin se tramitar indicando el nmero de
factura correspondiente a la mercanca, indicando por escrito los defectos o daos y
adjuntando una fotografa de los mismos va email. Gandia Blasco no se har cargo de
ninguna reclamacin que no se haya tramitado facilitando correctamente los datos
requeridos.
Ganda Blasco ofrece una garanta de 2 aos a partir de la fecha de adquisicin de sus
productos. Esta garanta cubre defectos de material y defectos de fabricacin. Ganda
Blasco declina cualquier responsabilidad por desperfectos derivados de un mal uso o
tratamiento indebido de los productos, aceptando nicamente las devoluciones por
defectos de fabricacin.

fnancial or legal costs arising out of the non-compliance with the agreed terms will be
born by the buyer.
This price list cancels all previous price lists.
The placement of an order implies the acceptance of these general conditions.
COMPLAINTS
Damages caused by transport must be reported during the following 72 hours after
unloading the goods. The complaint must be lodged together with the respective invoice
number and the delivery note signed at destination, clearly indicating the external,
visible damages of the boxes. If possible, attach a picture of the state of the packing
when unloading it. Gandia Blasco does not accept any transport damage if reported
after 72 hours from delivery.
Any complaint due to a manufacturing defect must be lodged indicating the
corresponding invoice number with a written description of the defects or damages and
attaching a picture via e-mail. Gandia Blasco will not accept any complaint which has not
been lodged including all required details.
Ganda Blasco grants a guarantee of 2 years from the time the products were purchased.
This guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects. Ganda Blasco does not
accept any responsibility for defects derived from the wrong use or undue handling of
the products, and only accepts returns due
to manufacturing defects.
