Prepares distribution for web based or CD Rom delivery to the fleet. Assists in the planning and programming of the PQS program. Inputs budget and execution year funding recommendations to include providing resource documents to validate emergency requirements for the program. Distribute the summary of reviews, analyses and evaluations of processes and procedures. Serves as the SWOS representative in conferences and high level executive briefings on PQS issues. Program Manager of the Engineering Rate Training Manuals (RTM) and Navy Afloat Maintenance Training Strategy (NAMTS) programs. I manage the logistics plans and life cycle support for RTM and NAMTS in areas related to the SWOS mission. Develop processes as needed for the RTM and NAMTS Programs. Conduct Job Task Analysis (JTA), skills and comparative requirement analysis. Plan, coordinate, and facilitate schedules and agendas for RTM and NAMTS workshops. Word-process and edit the draft RTM and NAMTS to forward for Type Commander (TYCOM) (customer) or other required stakeholders for review and approval. Liaisons and coordinates with NAVSURLANT/NAVSURPAC, NNSY, in the development of new PQS, RTM, and NAMTS to ensure skills and abilities executed in the watch stations are in line with the certifications and qualifications section of the each ship class. Assess and analyze Engineering and Damage Control individual training and performance to ensure continuous improvement to mission area(s). Develop/implement various processes to provide measures of training effectiveness on performance. Provide measurement services that result in policy decisions supporting the design, management, and evaluation of primary elements

of engineering programs which can transition into interventions.
