Part 1 - Installation Part 2 - Removal Part 3 - Support ---------------------------------------------------------Part 1 - Installation (If the Demo or older version of this application is installed please see Part 2 Removal and follow these steps completely to guarantee that the full version wi ll run properly) Installing Using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager A - Make sure you have the latest BlackBerry Desktop Manager Software by going t o your mobile provider's website and clicking on BlackBerry Support. You can also download it from here: http://na.blackberry.com/eng/services/deskt op/ B - Connect your BlackBerry using the USB cable to your PC. C - Load up the BlackBerry Desktop Manager Software, and then the BlackBerry App lication Loader software. D - Click NEXT. E - Select the USB port, and click NEXT. F - Click on ADD and find the folder on your harddrive where you unzipped the ap plication files. G - Select the .alx file for the application, and click OPEN. H - Make sure the application file is Checked off and then select NEXT. I - Review the changes you are making to your device, and when you are satisifie d, click FINISH to install the application. Installing with the .EXE File A - Make sure you have the latest BlackBerry Desktop Manager Software by going t o your mobile provider's website and clicking on BlackBerry Support. You can also download it from here: http://na.blackberry.com/eng/services/deskt op/ B - Connect your BlackBerry using the USB cable to your PC. C - Then double click on the *.exe and it will open your Blackberry Desktop Mana ger this will start the install process. D - The screen will then stop on the "Applications to be installed" page. E - You will see the application you are trying to install listed in the applica tions section. F - Check the box for the application. G - Click NEXT and the application will install.

Part 2 - Removal. Using the BlackBerry Application Loader from a PC. A B C D E G H C D F G H I Plug your BlackBerry into the USB slot of the Computer. Load up the BlackBerry Desktop Manager Software. Load up the Application Loader. Click NEXT, then NEXT. Scroll down to the application you wish to remove and uncheck the box. Click NEXT. Click FINISH. Load up the Application Loader. Click NEXT, then NEXT. Highlight the application again then Click on the DELETE button. Click NEXT. Click FINISH. Click CLOSE.
