Employment Notice No. 16/IGIMS/Estt./2011 Upper age limit : For Administrative Officer (On Deputation) - : 56 years as on 30.11.2011. For Lower Division Clerk (Sl.No.06) - 25 years as on 30.11.201. For Attendant Grade II (contractual appointment) - 25 years as on 30.11.2011. For remaining posts - 30 years as on 30.11.2011. Relaxation : Relaxation as per Bihar Govt. (B) ON DEPUTATION FAILING WHICH CONTRACTUAL APPOINTMENT Sl. No. 01 for the post of Administrative Officer (On Deputation failing which contractual appointment) Age :- Maximum upper age limit 56 years as on 30.11.2011 Qualification and Experience :Officers under the Central/State Govt., U.T. Administrations or of Central/State Statutory/Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts or with at least 3/5 of service in posts in the pay scale of Rs. 6500-200-10500 (Pre-revised), PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800+GP Rs. 4600 (Revised) or equivalent respectively and having a Degree and Experience in administration and establishment matters and also preferably in Accounts matters. Officers possessing MBA or PG Diploma in Personnel Management shall be given preference. Period of Deputation :- Initially for one year extendable up to 03 years. ** In case of non availability on deputation persons eligible for contract appointment may be considered. (C) CONTRACTUAL APPOINTMENT Sl. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS 1. Application form can be downloaded from our website http: www.igims.org.The cost of application form is Rs. 500/= Five hundred (Rs. 125/= One hundred Twenty Five for SC/ST candidates) payable in the form of Demand Draft in favour of Director, IGIMS, Patna. Those who download the application form must pay along-with application. In addition to Pay, other allowances will be admissible as per Institute rule for regular appointment only. Stay in the campus is compulsory if accommodation is provided. Reservation point and Relaxation in upper age limit will be applicable as per reservation rule of Govt. of Bihar. Benefit of reservation will be given to Bihar State domicile only and the applicant out- side the State of Bihar will not be entitled for the benefit of reservation. Persons working in Govt. Institution shall be given age relaxation of five years. Employees of Government/Semi Government department must apply through proper channel with NOC. In case of advance application No Objection Certificate must be submitted at the time of interview failing which they will not be allowed to appear in the Interview. Employed candidates if selected shall furnish discharge certificate from the previous employer before joining this offer. (a) Persons appointed on contract basis against C (Contractual appointment) will not be treated Institute regular employee and they will not be entitled for any facilities payable/applicable for the regular employees of the Institute. (b) Persons appointed on contract will neither claim nor their claim will be acceptable for any regular appointment on the basis of their contract appointment. Selected candidates for regular appointment shall be appointed initially for 11 months on contractual basis and thereafter put on 02 years probation. They will only be regularized if their performance and conduct during this period is found satisfactory by the Institute administration.
