What is the impact of the "voter suppression" moves by some government officials (mostly or all GOP as far as I know) on how many eligible voters DID NOT get MAIL IN BALLOTS from prior years? How many 100's, 1000's or 10,000's of
voters where treated as a distinct class of voter and had extra obstacles to voting ?

Would the outcome of 103 have been different had we had the turnout as was the case in 2008 ? Meanwhile, in City of Boulder how does an elected member of the City Council assume authority to lead when they are seated with the actual votes of ONE out of NINE or TEN residents of the City of Boulder
in a citywide contested election? Is this some kind of beauty contest or what? Concerned in Colorado,
