WHEREAS, the USLS SO Constitution of 2003, Article VIII, Section 1 states that, The Legislative Power shall be vested in the Student Senate of the University of St. La Salle; WHEREAS, the Student Senate has conducted its Internal Election of Officers and assignment of committees during its Team Building held last April 02, 2011 at Shekinah Christian Camp, Municipality of Murcia; WHEREAS, students of the University of St. La Salle should be informed of the new officers of the University Student Government-Legislative Branch for them to approach a particular senator and to inform their needs and concerns; WHEREAS, included below is the New Internal Organization of the Student Senate: Executive Committee Senate President Senate Pro Tempore Senate Majority Floor Leader Senate Minority Floor Leader Christian William Seoron (CBA) Charvic Malunes (CBA) John Rhenan Dunlao (ENGG) Demosthenes John Brodit (NSG)

Committee on Budget and Finance Chairman Vice Chairman Members Kevin Gabriel Vinson (CBA) Liza Marie Gatuslao (NSG) Deni Rose Joguilon (NSG) Acerey Poblacion (CBA) Ruby Ann Dahay (EDUC) Blue Ribbon Committee Chairman Vice Chairman Members Jeron Velasco (EDUC) Fea Marie Jarder (NSG) Christian William Seoron (CBA) Charvic Malunes (CBA) John Rhenan Dunlao (ENGG) Committee on Issues and Advocacy Chairman Vice Chairman Members Allen Gabriel Iigo (ENGG) Mary Nicole Angela Geva (EDUC) Alexandra Soledad (CAS) Giofel May Magbanua (CAS) Jerrelyn Segayo (ENGG) NOW IN VIEW OF THE FOREGOING; BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Student Senate of the University of St. La Salle to inform the Lasallian Community of the newly elected officers of the Legislative Branch of the University Student Government; RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Committee on Issues and Advocacy shall be tasked to post a copy of this resolution along with the organizational chart of the New Internal Organization of the Student Senate on the official bulletin board of the Legislative Department; RESOLVED FINALLY, that the Senate Secretary will be responsible to distribute copies of this resolution to the following offices: Office of the Brother President, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Vice President for Administration, Dean of Student Affairs, College Deans, Student Activities Coordinator, Executive Department, Judiciary Department, University Student Government Constitutional Commissions, The Spectrum, and College Councils. This Resolution shall take effect immediately after its approval. UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED and PROMULGATED on this 16th day of April, 2011 by the Student Senate of the University of Saint La Salle.
