The fashion house is going to start by us. The fashion house is set up at Uttara, Dakkhin khan. Imagine the ability to create a totally latest shirt. Friends Fashion house will be located on house no 897, Ahkona Dhakkin khan Uttara, Dhaka, 1230. Lots of vehicles pass through this location on a daily basis making it an ideal location for business. A 240 square foot drivethrough facility will be built on a privately-owned commercial property which will also include parking facilities, landscaping, and a small sitting area.

Products
Friend fashion house will offer custom sublimation mainly on T-shirts, but will have other shirt styles available. Customers can choose from traditional cotton-blend shirts or all natural fiber cotton shirts. Main

products to be sold through the friends fashion house will be T-shirt, Denim

pant, Punjabi, with related our traditional cultural dress. Other products will include three Cup, Bresllite, Bag, Belt, sunglass, show etc.

2 Sales Strategy Though our sales is web based we well sales product manually. The sales strategy will emphasize the fact that ordering a shirt from FFS is a very easy and pleasing experience. The sales effort will work on the continual development of the website, the main tool used for ordering. It will be quite important to have a friendly, easy to use web interface for two main reasons. One, there are so many choices available that it could become daunting to the customer. The second reason is that a large portion of sales will be placed on the website. It is imperative to make it so easy that people don't stop part way through ordering due to cumbersome or difficult instructions. The website embraces the philosophy of making the experience so easy and pleasing that the customer comes back to buy more.

We want to finance growth mainly through cash flow. We recognized that this means we will have to grow slowly. The most important indicator in our case is that minimal inventory will have to be stored for these products.
