SoundDeck.net, operating under the name of SoundDeck.

The services offered by Soun dDeck include any SoundDeck-branded URL (the "SoundDeck Website"), SoundDeck mes saging services (including, without limitation, messaging, forum, and email serv ices), SoundDeck music services, SoundDeck developer services, SoundDeck contact systems, and any other features, content, or information offered from time to t ime by SoundDeck remain the ownership of SoundDeck at all times. All services pr ovided by SoundDeck are located within the United Kingdom.

This Terms of Service Agreement, may, without any prior notice, be modified at a ny time. The term Agreement constitutes legally binding terms and applies to your use of the SoundDeck. By accessing and/or using the SoundDeck, you agree to be b ound by this Agreement, whether you are a Visitor ( a non-registered person who ha s access to limited content) or, a; User, Band, Musician Member, Manager, Agent account (registered users who have varying access based on their account type and usage). The term "User" refers to a Visitor or a Member. You are authorized to use the SoundDeck Services (weather your viewing is intentional or not) only if you agree to abide by all applicable laws, rules and regulations (Applicable Law) and the terms of this Agreement. In addition, in consideration for becoming a Me mber and/or making use of the SoundDeck Services, you must indicate your accepta nce of this Agreement during the registration process, failure to do so is class ed as a breach of this Agreement and making your visitation void. SoundDeck reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time and from time to time, and each such modification shall be effective upon posting on the Sound Deck Services. All material modifications will apply prospectively only and will not apply to any retrospective uses. Your continued use of the SoundDeck Servic es following any such modification constitutes your agreement to be bound by and your acceptance of the Agreement as modified. It is therefore important that yo u review this Agreement regularly. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agree ment and to abide by all Applicable Law, you must discontinue use of the SoundDe ck Services; your access to SoundDeck should be terminated at the earliest, avai lable opportunity. 1. 1. Eligibility Where a violation of this Agreement should occur, any existing membership you ha ve becomes void. By using the SoundDeck Services, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you k eep such information accurate and correct; (c) you are 13 years of age or older (d) your use of the SoundDeck Services does not violate any Applicable Law. If w e have reasonable suspicion to believe that there is any false information provi ded, including your age, your account will be terminated, without any prior noti fication being provided to you; the User.
