I request a copy of the Police Manual for the justifications of use of force. I request a copy of the Police Manual for definitions of the following: force, discretion, obstruction of government administration, arrest, resisting I request a copy of the Police Manual for using flashlight. I request a copy of the police manual for deterring video recording. I request a paper copy of the list of calls for which the Keene Police Department was dispatched and a transcript of those conversations on Friday September 9th 2011 between 10pm and 11:59pm. I request of copy of the police report of my arrest on Friday September 9th 2011. I request an audio copy of the recording of calls to the Keene Police Department. I request to know what police cars and officers were called to Central Square by Dispatch between of 10pm and 11:59pm Friday September 9th 2011.
