Barangay Ordinance Series of 2011

Ordinance in the collection of fees in the issuance of Barangay Clearance and Business Certificate to be increased to cover the miscellaneous expenses for the Barangay

WHEREAS, The present fees collected is not sufficient or adequate to defray the current needs of time particularly on service rendered

WHEREAS, Section 152 in Relation to Section 152 and Section 186 Republic Act 7160.otherwise known as Local Government Code of 1991,vested to every local government unit, including the Barangay to impose and collect fees service or user charges for the any services rendered in this amount commensurate to such service provide. And power to create its own sources of revenue and levy taxes fee and charges which shall accrue exclusively to the local government unit concerned
