1. Ridgeworth Deposit Account in Brokerage Account #1 was closed and replaced with Federated Prime Obligations investment (Lines 4 and 5). Precise date of transfer not known from the statements provided to me. The date was sometime between September I and October 31, 2010. 2. Investment in Third Avenue Small Cap was replaced with Janus Perkins Small Cap (Lines 21 and 22) sometime during the 4th Quarter 2010. From the statements provided to me the precise date is unknown.
