The Waste Water and Solid Waste Disposal System for Medium Rise
Residential Development

Dear Sir / Madam

We are sending you this proposal from SHWIZ Consultant Bhd with
reference of our company profile and reference of our mailer discussion
held regarding the proposal of your current project for investing in the
Medium Rise Residential Development. We are interested in the joint
venture with you to market the development in medium rise building
worlwide . You can review our company background and the objectives for
the development.

The waste water and solid waste disposal system are very important for
this residential development. Based on this, our company also provide the
waste water and solid waste disposal system that are very useful for
residential development. The importance of waste water and solid waste
disposal system of this medium rise residential development can also be
review on this proposal.

We have earlier served in many companies with our excellent working
strategies and all our clients are satisfied with us . We are very flexible in
terms of surveying the latest market demand before introducing the
residential development. We are looking forward for your approval on this
proposal.

Kindly contact us if you need any clarification on this proposal.

Thank you so much for considering us as a suitable partner for this golden
offer.

Your Sincerely

SHWIZ Consultant Bhd : Company's Background

SHWIZ Consultant Bhd were established on the year 2000 . The founder
of this company was Nur Syazwina bt Mohd Hassan , Wafiatun Najihah bt

founder's name which form SHWIZ.

Early starting, the company has only 30 workers but on the years 2011 it
has increased to 355 workers. The factory area contain only one building
that can only fit two office area and the ground floors are used to fit the
main office area.

Our company had been approved and choose because of our impression
towards new development

IMPORTANCE OF WASTE WATER AND SOLID
WASTE MANAGEMENT

Waste management in general is the systematic gathering,
separation of waste from useful components and then the disposal of the
residual material by incineration or containment in a properly designed
disposal site.
Waste water treatment process, is the goal of primary , secondary
and tertiary effluent treatment is to reduce or remove organic matter,
solids, nutrients, disease-causing organisms and other pollutants from the
treated waste water before it is discharged to a body of water.
Solid waste management practices, such as recycling, reuse, and
composting, serve to reroute waste materials from landfills and
incinerators. Recycling and reuse diverts items such as paper, cardboard,
tires, glass, plastic, metals, and construction and demolition materials
from ending up in the landfill. These materials are sorted, collected, and
processed, and then manufactured, sold, and bought as new products.
Solid waste management is actually important to achieve local,
regional, and state solid waste reduction or diversion goals, saves landfill
space, saves energy, reduces air and water pollution risks. Besids that the
solid management also helps in conserving natural resources, can reduces
landfill disposal fees, produces reusable products and generates revenue
from sale of reusable materials.

OXIDATION POND FOR MEDIUM RISE
RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

There are normally at least two ponds constructed. The first pond
(anaerobic) reduces the organic material using aerobic digestion while the
second pond (an aerobic) polishes the effluent and reduces the pathogens
present in sewage. Sewage enters a large pond after passing through a
settling and screening chamber. After retention for several days, the flow
is often passed into a second pond for further treatment before it is
discharged into a drain. Bacteria already present in sewage acts to break
down organic matter using oxygen from the surface of the pond.
Oxidation ponds need to be desludged periodically in order to work
effectively.

FACTORS THAT NEED TO BE CONSIDERED IN DECIDING THE LOCATION
OF OXIDATION POND
O Soil and parent materials at the site must be impermeable to pond
waters as the as the water solution can contaminate groundwater if
seepage occurs. Ponds can be constructed in free draining gravels
but water sealing materials such as clay or butyl rubber sheeting
would be required.

O The aerobic pond(s) should be sited in an open area to take
advantage of the sun and wind which assist the efficient operation of
the aerobic pond and thus improve the quality of the discharge.

O The stormwater catchment needs to be kept to a minimum to
increase the retention time of the ponds.

O Rainwater run-off from the roofs of building should be directed away
from the effluent system.

O Terrain need to allow for a straight run of pipelines. Also tractors and
desludging vehicles need to be able to access both ponds.

O Avoid sites that are likely to flood

KITCHEN WASTE DISPOSAL SYSTEM FOR MEDIUM
RISE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

Garbage disposal units are usually electrically powered appliances
that are used to grind food into small particles so the particles can flow
down the drain and into the sewer system. The usual position for the
disposal unit is under the kitchen sink. The disposal unit may be switch
operated or operated by a safety devise that turns the unit on only when
the safety cover is placed over the drain.
One of the big benefits to using garbage disposal units is that they
reduce the need to use landfills to bury food waste. Traditionally food
wastes were collected with other refuse and then transported to landfills
via truck. However there is one big drawback from landfill disposal of food
products. As the organics break down one of the byproducts is methane
gas which is known to harm the already depleted ozone layer and can
contribute to global warming.
If a garbage disposal unit is in operation with a septic system the
amount of solid waste entering the septic tank is likely to double. The
more solids in the tank the greater the chance of clogging of the leach
fields. The life expectancy of the septic system will be markedly less then
a septic without a disposal unit in place. If a disposal unit is in place with a
septic then the septic tank should be emptied every year in order to avoid
the heavy build up of solids in the tank and to keep the lack field free
draining.
It is important to use the following tips to keep your disposal unit in
good operating condition. Small amounts of food should be put into the
unit, avoid large amounts of food that can jam the unit. Larger food pieces
should be cut into small pieces before you put them in the unit.
The disposal unit is to be used for food only, never put anything that
is not a food product in the unit in order to avoid causing damage. Run
cold water while the disposal unit is in operation. The cold water will allow
fatty foods and grease to flow easily.
Water should also be run for about twenty seconds after you grind
the last of the food scrapes. This will allow the water to flow out to the
sewer with the help of the water. Stringy foods should not be put into the
disposal unit. Foods like celery, and asparagus should never be run in the
disposal because the fibers will get wrapped around the blades and jam
them. Never put hard items that can dull the disposal blades into the unit.

REFUSE DISPOSAL SYSTEM FOR MEDIUM RISE
FOR RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

Recycling could soon be a far easier and quicker task thanks to a high-
tech waste disposal system that shoots rubbish through an underground
tunnel at 50mph.
Residents at a new housing development have three small recycling bins
built into their kitchen cupboard. These are for non-recycling waste, dry
recyclables (glass, plastic, paper), and organic waste.
They empty these bins into three corresponding chutes at the base of the
building and once the chutes are full, the rubbish is dropped into a tunnel
below.

How the Envac System works

Giant fans then create a vacuum effect, sending the rubbish bags
through underground tunnels up to 1 km long to a central collection
building where the waste is removed by Wembley council.

If trials are successful, the tunnels could be used across the capital
to allow housing estates to recycle easily, without having to employ staff
to collect rubbish.

It could also provide a solution to the problem of encouraging
recycling in tower blocks where collecting waste is a problem.
Currently 286 apartments in one block use the system, with plans to
expand it to all 10,000 apartments in the development when they are
completed.

The Envac system, which was designed in Sweden and is already
used in Disneyland, transports the rubbish through a series of
underground pipes before collecting the entire development's waste at a
central collection building.

From there, it can be sent for recycling as normal by the local
authority.
