3.2 Data Interpretation According to the table data, the most significant findings are as follows.

Based on the first question, whether the respondents like watching foreign movie or not, 100% of all respondents like watching foreign movie. In the question number 2, 50% of all respondents answer they reason that the technology which used on foreign movie is amazing. Besides, 35% said the line story of foreign movie is good, 10% said that the Actors or Actrees are good looking, and 5% said they can learn foreign language when they watched foreign movie. In the question number 3, 100% of all respondents dont give their reasons why they dont like watching foreign movie because all respondents like foreign movie. The fourth question, from 20 respondents who have ever heard about foreign movie tax imposing, 80% respondents have ever heard about foreign movie taxi mposing and 20% respondents have never heard about it.

In the question number six, 25% respondents agree with the policy to impose tax higher on foreighn movie. Because, to improve Indonesia revenue, for to protect domestic movie, and foreign movie tax imposes can increase Indonesias devisa. According to question number seven, 47% of respondents answer they reason that there is just make the price of ticke more expensive. Besides, 27% said it is rubbish! Because of the many casesof tax fraud, 13% said the function from movie tax revenue not good enough allocated, and 13% said movie is entertainment which should not imposing tax.

In the question number eight. Opinion, what the reason of the government to impose tax higher on foreign movie.o They answer, the increase government revenue, to protect Indonesia movie, and the policy can increase Indonesias devisa.

In the ninth question, 70% all of respondents said good price about ticket price of the movie in indonesia cinema. In addition, 25% said cheap. Only 5% said expensive. Next, in the ten question, 35% respondents answer to development domestic movie, 25% answer to build the school of movie, 20% answer to increase service on cinema, 15% to help national development, and 5% answer other. On question what does tax revenue from foreign movie should be used for?. In the question number eleven, 55% all of respondents answer yes, there are influence from foreign movie tax for the citizens prosperty, and 45% answer no.

Finally, Perbanas Institute students suggest to the government support to the young generations of Indonesia produce a brilliant movie. 4.1 Conclusion Tax is to impose a financial charge or other levy upon a taxpayer. In general, taxes applied in Indonesia can be divided into the central tax and the local tax. Movie is one of the objects to impose taxes. Taxes are imposed on the local movie producer and foreign movie. In addition, the artist and the audience also imposed taxes but according to different requirements. The government policy imposed tax on foreign movie has three benefits. First, tax is a source of state revenues to finance all expenses including development expenditure. Second, tax is to protect the national movie from foreign movies domination. Third, tax is an opportunity for local filmmakers to increase their skill for making movies with good quality. However, the government policy imposed tax on foreign movie has negative effect. There are Indonesia will be a closed country in the international movie industry means Indonesia cant follow movie competition in international movie industry. Ticket price of the movie will extremely increase that the price is cant reach movie viewer in Indonesia. Most of Perbanas Institute students like watching foreign movie.
