Dont allow government to impede on First Amendment Rights. The needs of the 99% should outweigh the greed of the 1%. People are losing their homes due to unethical loan and foreclosure practices. Congress has a 9% approval rating. (source: available online) The Federal Reserve is corrupt, and needs semi-annual public audits. Corporate greed has more influence over government than the 99%. Election financing should be public because the current system is corrupt. Corporations enjoy the benefits of personhood with none of the liabilities. Everyone Knows It. Nobody is Happy about It. Its Time to Do Something about It. Every representative seat of office in our government is for sale to the highest bidder.

5 We must demand a new Bill of Rights, extending our current rights to include clean air and water, pursuit of employment, single payer healthcare, youth vote suffrage at age 16, and the universal declaration of the right to marry or the separation of marriage from the public domain.

The US Military needs to end preemptive wars. Global climate change is a real threat to the planet, and we must takes steps to reverse the effects of our damage to the environment. Everyone has the right to protest. Families are shattered by unethical immigration systems which place parents in bankowned prisons. We are peaceful, peaceful, peaceful. The process by which we expect to elect officials to represent us in a legitimate manner has been compromised. Just showing up for elections isn't cutting it. Be active and stand up for what you believe in.

If these are supposed to be grievances, it might be more effective to state them as such and follow up with the demand. Many of the above statements could also be consolidated and clarified. Example: CORPORATIONS Grievance: Corporations have the status and benefits of personhood and yet none of the liabilities. Demand: We demand a constitutional amendment and coordinated legislation to end Corporate personhood. ELECTIONS Grievance:In the current electoral system it is no longer possible for our elected officials to represent the majority of the voters. All branches of government federal, state and local are filled with politicians serving corporate and special interest groups. Demand: We demand the end of corporate and special interest financing of elections; the public funding of all elections; and accountable paper ballots not electronic voting. Other Core Issues that can be consolidated: The FEDERAL RESERVE FREE SPEECH, the RIGHT TO ASSEMBLE and PROTEST HEALTHCARE REFORM: Universal, single payer IMMIGRATION and HUMAN RIGHTS BANKS and FORCLOSURES: bail out the homeowners TAXATION: unfair system MILITARY SPENDING and PRE-EMPTIVE WARFARE TORTURE; DETENTION/HABEUS CORPUS, ETC EDUCATION (student loan system) PRISONS and VICTIMLESS CRIMES (Prison Nation) Overall, this is a good start and the discussion G/A process should continue and be used to distill the issues and clarify the language. Better to get it right than start publishing weak or faulty documents and radio spots. Articulate will be listened to. Rhetoric and platitudes will be ignored.

Thanks for keeping me in the loop, James Seligman PS: I can handle any form of document distribution. Google docs may tricky for a lot of people. PDFs are only good for final documents since they are not easily editable. I imagine that email and facebook distribution are most universal and good for this interactive/development phase.
