Phases of works and risk analysis **

ACTIVITY HAZARDS *Slip, Trip, Fall and crushing. *Accident due to equipment. *Personal Injury. *Accident due to un-skill operator, rigger And working crew. *Collapse of equipment. *Lack of communication and improper signal lead to falling of steel members leading to personal injury. *Failure to lifting tools Crane & lifting gears. *Struck by equipment. *Crushing. *Falling objects during lifting Cause personal injury. *Personal injury due to slipping of hand tools. *Failure of wire rope. MEASURES AND MEANS OF PREVENTION *Working area should be clear from any abs truckle. *Equipment should be check before each use. *Use Proper PPE. *Working area should be barricaded. *Only one rigger gives signal. *Material should be secure. *Proper sling should be used and secure the material. Lifting gear and check for safe working load. *Use proper lifting tools and tackle with color code. *Skill crew perform job. *Two tagline should be use. *Flagman must be present all time with equipment. *Only authorize rigger give signal.
