1. GSM BSS (O & M) Engineer (On Airtel GSM project at JIND Haryana) ERICSSON INDIA PVT LTD (on ESSJAY ERICSSON role a sister concern for Ericsson). Since March 2011 to Oct 2011 Managing a team of 1engineer, 1 rigger and 1 driver. Overseeing RBSC JIND independently having 135 sites total. 2. GSM BSS (O & M) Engineer (On Airtel, BSNL & ETISLAT GSM project at MOGA Punjab) From Aug 2009 to Feb 2011(Ericsson India Pvt Ltd on MAFOI role)

Responsibilities:TRANSMISSION: Worked on different types of TRAFFIC NODES(6P,20P) of Ericsson. Worked on Hi-Cap & SDH radios of Ericsson, various Traffic node cards such as MMU 2B-34, MMU 4C-64, NPU 1B, LTU155E/O, LTU16*2,MMU-2D,HIGH CAP link using OTRU,MMU155/128 having capacity of Carrying 63 E1s (STM1). Having knowledge of Microwave planning and visibility of sites through IP planning. Implementing E1connectivity b/w BSC to BTS, BTS to BTS sites according to the planning Ericsson PDH radios of various configurations like 1+0, 1+1 hot standby, 1+1 working protections Steady knowledge of HIGH LOW VIOLATIONS and POLARIZATION used in link alignment. Rerouting and changing of Microwave hop path and frequencies as per requirement basis.

Worked on Traffic nodes and Implemented RINGS PROTECTION of various sites and have done E1 LEVEL SNCP PROTECTON and CARD LEVEL MSP protections. Have upgraded hop from (4E1 capacity to 16E) and (16E1 capacity to 32E1) by using traffic node card MMU 4C-64. Have upgraded hop from (4E1 capacity to 45E1) and (45E1 capacity to 75E1) by using traffic node card MMU2D. Live Software up gradation of all types of Traffic Nodes using BPFTP and Ericsson Mini-Link HiCap (STM-1) using TFTP. Providing 100% NMS visibility of 215 sites by using SAU and IP planes given by transmission.
Worked on rad-win I-WAN links.

BSS: Managing Telecom Equipment like Ericsson based BTS (2202, 2204, 2964, 2204V2, 2111, 2206,2954v2,2964v2), PDH, SDH, Traffic nodes (6p 20p), Soft ware upgrade, High cap, Micro wave radios (15/21, 15/25, 15/22,15/26) Managing Telecom Equipment like Ericsson based 3G BTS 3922. Installed and Commissioned 3G BTS. Managing Telecom Software like OMT, Minilink Service Manager (MSM), Winfiol and Citrix. Integrating new BTS sites Ericsson RBS 2000 series BTS (2204, 2204V2, 2206, 2104, 2111, 2964, 2964v2, 2954v2). Implementation of TMA to boost up the transmitted Power especially on Highway Sites. Monitoring and heading all migrations from microwave to STM, Call Drops, and Diversity & VSWR faults at the time of integration. Monitoring and rectifying CF and TRX faults at the time of Implementation. Monitoring of quality of Installation, VSWR measurement, Quality test according to test procedure. Fault Diagnostics and troubleshooting of various BTS related problems at the time of Integration. Resolving customers network related complaints within the SLA. Overseeing RBSC JIND independently having 135 sites total. Looked RBSC MOGA, RBSC ZIRA and RBSC JAGRAON independently having 290 bharti sites total . Worked on 3G BTS of Ericsson which is implemented in BSNL

Our team also got instant award from ERICSSON INDIA PVT. LTD for reducing the outage to less than 2000 min. Played Cricket at State level (under 16). Played Ball-Badminton at State, Zonal and National level. Recipient of Star performer award for organizing various events of Colleges Annual Function JASHAN 07 successfully. Winner of Cricket Tournament for consecutive 3 years organized by college and received award for the Best Batsman of the Tournament twice.
