Support to program staff see Grant Cycle checklist Support to program staff with community leadership project. Support for data collection and analysis, collection of research Administrative support for grant and advisory committee members and meeting preparation. Due diligence research, collection of documents, digital filing, database management of information. Assist with meeting schedules, event invites, plans, and attendance. Maintain Outlook contacts, calendars, and email communications Support for FRF initiatives (such as TPP and AQ), events, publications, invitations, RSVP, and event setup assistance.
Priority #2 IT: On-line support for Grantees using Extranet and On-Line Grant Application System (OLGA).
1. ControlCamp administration (back side of OLGA system) maintenance, and support to FRF staff (Socient provides high-level ControlCamp support) 2. OLGA support to staff and Grantees (merge of ControlCamp into the FRF website for Grantee Access) 3. Extranet support to staff, board members, and committee members (merge of ControlCamp into the FRF website for Board and Committee member access) 4. FRF Website maintenance and updates of grantmaking information and document access.
Priority #3 Administrative support to the Director and Finance manager and administrative assistance to the CEO.

1. Coordinates and performs a range of staff and/or operational support activities for the office; serves as a liaison in all areas of the Foundation in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational problems. 2. Provides administrative support such as answering telephones, assisting visitors, responding to emails, and resolving and/or referring a range of administrative problems and inquiries. 3. Operates personal computer to compose and edit email and/or formal correspondence on a regular basis. 4. Schedules and coordinates meetings, events, appointments, and/or other similar activities for staff, including maintaining the shared Outlook calendar. 5. Professional speaking and personal interaction skills in a semi-formal working environment. Ability to dress in a business professional manner. Excellent use of spoken and written English. Ability to greet and host waiting guests. Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control. Master user of Word, Excel, and/or data entry software. Organizing and coordinating skills. Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments. Database management understanding and skills. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports. Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments. Ability to analyze and solve problems with little or no supervision.
Knowledge of on-line and web base database management, document and data sharing, secured Extranet access, administration, and management. Knowledge of local database management, with import, export, and merge functions. High level Excel user, with experience using mail merge, Functions, and pivot tables. Ability to update FRF website, add new pages, update existing text, pictures, and links, and manage multiple domain names. High level Word user, with experience using mailmerge, envelopes, labels, merge to pdf. Experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Illustrator.
