2. Aasteya or having an eye only at what is written in one's destiny and working to make a
perIect and prosperous liIe instead oI peeping into others' wealth wishing Ior a pie in it
and eventually resorting to petty manoeuvrings to snatch what is others'.
3. Willing to let go oI negativity. No detachments to any painIul incidents oI the past and
proceeding with a clean slate aIter the shivir -y perIorming a-lutions in Guru's sadhna
shakti to wash away all the karmic layers.
4. Highlighting the good qualities in all.
5. Happiness in every state. Creating goodness in liIe instead oI complaining over trivial
matters.

O Before starting any sadhna, bow before the Guru, thank
Him and dedicate the sadhna at the lotus feet of the

O Ba-a ji gave the Praram-hik Deeksha mantra to the sadhaks who attended the level one
lasting 2 days.
O Ba-a ji highlighted a vice oI all sadhaks ----- , and of
negativity. We hear criticism oI something or someone that is Shravan (careIul listening)
oI negativity. We then spread this criticism Iar and wide in the name oI gossip which is
Sankirtan (collective chanting) oI negativity. Lastly aIter committing the aIorementioned
Iollies we contemplate on the negativity with utmost concentration which can -e called as
Manan (deep rumination) over the negativity.
O Listening, Spreading and Thinking (
, and ) of any kind of negative talk
brings about the fast descent of the Kundalini shakti
(serpent power which symbolizes our consciousness)
which Baba ji raises painstakingly through a Shivir. It
is for the same reason that after a few months, the
divinity of a shivir seems to wear off. Never even be a
part of malicious and defamatory conversations even if
they involve decrying the policies of the government
because Shravan results in incidents entering the sub
conscious mind which in turn becomes the root cause of
misery.

O For all Shree Vidya 2 sadhaks, Ba-a ji will arrange orientation programs to prepare the
sadhaks Ior Shree Vidya 3 since in the level 2, lot oI things remain unsaid. Special cards

O InIatuation to any o-ject is a reaction.
O Be like a -atsman in cricket who comes to the crease even aIter getting dismissed in the
previous one. Never get -ogged down with diIIiculties. Be resilient. Remem-er that
"Anything that doesnt kill you makes you stronger."
O A minimum oI minutes of chanting is a must daily.
O When in pro-lem do not think a-out the pro-lem. Think of Shiva and the pro-lem will
-e alleviated on its own.
O Fear is caused -y Ialsity so never lie and the emotion oI Iear will -e exterminated Irom

O The people who are calm and tranquil ie possessing sambhaav will -e unaIIected -y
diseases. Those engaged in hurting others,talking ill oI others, ill oI society etc will Iall
sick as soon as any disease -ecomes widespread in the region which they inha-it.
O Do not try to correct or change others. Be an example Ior them to Iollow.
O A Shree Vidya sadhak should -e duty bound.

O As a male he must respect women and treat his wiIe to a-undance oI love and care non
pareil.



As a female she should cook herselI Ior everyone and arrange the house.




Cooking and adding her emotions into the Iood so that love -etween she and her Iamily mem-ers
-urgeons.




As a father he should go "all out" to help impart good education and all the resources to his
children.



As a child, he/she must study hard, revere his elders and perIorm the duty oI attaining wealth oI
knowledge to earn means to livelihood one day.




As a sadhak , gratitude to The Guru who -estowed Brham Gyan to him is a must. Thank he
must, also to every-ody who helps him -y any means and try to reciprocate to the -est oI his
a-ilities.





O Ba-a ji is running Irom pillar to post to spread the divine wisdom oI the holy siddhas.
Since the last 3 months He has not stayed in the Gurgaon Ashram, His physical a-ode Ior
more than 3 days at a stretch and rest is the time taken Ior the journey via airplane Irom
one shivir location to the other. He is working relentlessly for 30 days. He does sadhna
at night now. Sleeps almost zilch. All Ior the love of Humanity.

O The year 2000 was, as predicted -y Nostradamus, an apocalyptic year,





The siddhas however descended on this dimension and Iormed a protective shield of energy in
the Iorm oI Shree chakra and ushered it towards ascension.






As a consequence oI this, 21 December 2012 will be the ascension day when earlier,
purportedly 2/3rd oI the world population was to perish.

Destruction on that scale has now -een precluded.
O In every relationship, try to -e a friend first. Never har-our any expectation.
O Never -e angry and rise a-ove -odily pleasures.




O Never judge and criticize anyone. Every soul has its soul agenda and has come on the
planet to learn lessons Irom the time spent here and one has no right to intervene in other
-eings' karmas.

O Avdhoot means zero or nothing. When one -ecomes nothing ie having no limits, no
-oundaries,no attachments,no measure oI -liss, one -ecomes advait or One with The
Almighty. The term Ior such a -eing is Avdhoot.
O As a Shree Vidya sadhak never let people touch your Forehead or head region since iI
you regularly do sadhna, you will generate enormous divine energy and it will -e
transIerred to unwanted channels.Avoid -ody contact with others. Never let people touch
your Ieet and whenever possi-le do not touch others' Ieet.



O Proliferate happiness and sadhna shakti and not your sorrows.




O Why does Baba fi always say Create and never Complain ?
hen we immerse ourselves in sorrow and become a Moaning Minnie perpetually, our
Aura is besieged and surrounded by a "Body of pessimism" which eventually attracts bad
luck, poor fortune and all adversities that the world has to offer.




Any form of blessing sent to such a person is warded off by the sheath of negativity which
flanks the Aura. Moreover such an energy layer attracts more of such energy and life
becomes the proverbial "living hell". Complaining also increases and
! That is why Baba ji goads all to never complain.




hen there is an air of tranquility around, anything can be created through will power.

O Doing 45 minutes oI chanting which Ba-a ji calls "Baba ji Bhajan Singing" or BBS
opens the chakras and energy Ilow throughout the -ody is streamlined which keeps
diseases at -ay.







O Senses have -een given to us not to succum- to our desires -ut to reach divinity and
become One with The Ultimate. The ears to listen to satsang and sankirtan, the eyes
to experience God in the form of pleasant sights which are the reason of joy, the
mouth to chant Shiva's name. So its upto the individual to make use oI these
endowments oI nature ie Indriyaan or Senses.

O Spirituality in the current times has -ecome oI 3 types:
1. ear based - Example -eing "Iorward this message to 5 people otherwise Shani Maharaj
will o-literate you."
2. Greed based - Example -eing "Chant this mantra 108 times a day to get instant relieI
Irom pro-lems." This does not clear prarabd bhog ie it does not alter the destiny in any
way. Dejection iI it is negated in one way, would take another Iorm and come to trou-le
again.
3. Devotion based - This includes doing everything in the name oI God and is the most
superior oI the three. The only draw-ack is that people tend to get superstitious.
O Following the principles oI YAM and NIYAM is very essential iI one is to progress high
in spirituality and -e lia-le Ior higher meditation deekshas. Ba-a ji dwelt on 3 oI the
salient aspects oI Yam-Niyam:
1. - Never indulge in -lowing your own trumpet. In Doing this, not only does one
Iuel one's ego, one lies a-out hypothetical achievements to win applause Irom others.
Bragging and -oastIulness leads to nowhere. Always tell the truth -ecause it is after
being untruthful that one sows seeds of fear in oneself. When there is no Ialsity, the
emotion oI Iear is nixed.


2. - Ba-a ji said that similar to herds oI animals, humans also impose their strength
on weaker ones. He used the term "alpha male" to descri-e this tendency. The root cause oI
Aggression is Iear oI -eing superseded.

3.- The Father oI Indian Healing also laid stress on the need to acquire one's own
means keeping in mind morals. There is ample Ior everyone. Do not try to grab what is others'.
Earn your possessions yourself.

O Motive of your birth is not delving

O TYPES O SINS
Ba-a ji sermonized that merely giving up physical violence does not mean that one has -ecome
pure. This is -ecause sins are oI 3 types viz.
1. ( physical wrongdoing)
2. (dishing out uncouth language)
3. (fomenting bad emotions in the mind)
The first one implies inIlicting physical damage (punching, slapping,kicking etc) on others and
to one's own selI.



The second one does not mean a-usive words only. It encompasses any speech which evokes
hatred, Iear,resentment and loath in others or in oneselI. Also it entails speaking and meaning the
same thing. So a person saying something and in reality having a diIIerent take in the mind is
doing what Ba-a ji calls as

The third one and also the most lethal has the potentiality to cause -irths and re -irths. An
example can -e Ieeling oI rage which one decides to withhold. This accumulates inside to spawn
diseases. So never even think negatively. Just -e a witness to every situation. Smile over
situations.




O A UNIQUE PANCHAKSHARI
MANTRA
Ba-a ji laid -eIore the sadhaks 5 maxims which, iI Iollowed would give the equivalent -eneIit oI
chanting Panchakshari Mantra everyday. The 5 points were:


1. - Pure intention -eIore every task or decision undertaken in liIe is a
must.This way one would -e spared Irom the ravages oI every type oI Dosha and
hardships oI Shani period.
2. - A serene and pristine mind which is Iull oI enthusiasm, optimism,
hope and -elieI. II mind is polluted, even Ba-a ji's words will -e misinterpreted.
3. - A mind which is sta-le and does not wander in the worldly allures.
4. - A mind which works on the adage oI "Loka samasta sukhinau
-ahavantu", meaning wishing Ior everyone's upliItment.
5. - AIter experiencing all the joys oI the world, a sadhak must -e
reminded oI the -revity oI this world and all its constituents. The Iact that one day
everything will -e peace. Nothing will last Iorever.


O TYPES O PEOPLE BASED ON THE
TIME TAKEN OR LIBERATION
1. - Such a person Iorgives everyone and lets go oI all the negativity quickly and
all at once. Attains selI realization -y staying detached.
2. - The person has the power to Iorgive and release. Holds on to grudges Ior a longer
time but relents when knowledge is imparted to him/her -y the Guru. The person at
times can also have to take birth again iI emotions arent released in the current -irth.
When Prati Prasav takes place, the person eventually attains Li-eration.
3. -The Person oI such an ilk holds on to negativity and even in the wake oI Guru's
gyan, stays attached to the accumulated emotions.


Gives excuses when Guru guides him to the path oI Iorgiveness.
Eventually treads the path oI descent and enters the vicious cycle oI cause and eIIect oI karma ---
- Punarapi jananam punarapi marnam.

Ba-a ji said the materialistic world is temporary. It is as Iragile as loose earth. It will -ecome just
that one day. But now that we have taken -irth on this planet, we have to IulIill our worldly
duties and dedicate ourselves to our proIession with utmost zeal. All day long we must persevere
at our workplaces. We must enjoy also.


But when at home, we must switch oII and completely immerse ourselves in divinity, totally
detached Irom the goings on oI the day that was.



O SIGNIICANCE O A SHIV YOGI
BEING A
A Maharaj is king of the infinite. It is Ior the same reason that even saints with a disheveled
look are called "Maharaj" . This is so -ecause they have reached The Ultimate.
A Shiv Yogi must not settle Ior -eing a Raja -ecause the desire Ior -eing one is driven by Ego.
Maharaja on the other hand is limitless. Maharaja 1anak in the epic Ramayana was a paragon
oI an individual. Ba-a ji said we must strive to -e like him. He enjoyed Bhog and Moksh -oth.



O "ORSHIP GODS AND NOT
INDIVIDUALS. NOT EVEN
SHIVANANDA."
Ba-a ji opined that it is time Shiv Yogis worship only Gods and not humans. He envisaged a
meditation room having a Pooja altar with only Shiv Linga and Mahameru.



Guru's photo, iI you wish to keep, do so one level -elow -ut not with Meru and Linga. The photo
however can -e hung on walls or elsewhere.

Select one thing in liIe. Uniformity in emotions will lead to uniIormity in the endocrine
secretions and esta-lishment oI a homogeneous energy and atomic conIiguration oI cells around

O RELEX ACTION O SUCCESS
Ba-a ji shed light as to how instinct is stronger than action. An example to understand this is
that when we touch a very hot o-ject the hand is automatically pulled away at a speed with
which we dont generally move the hand. Likewise when through Meditation we enhance our
Nervous system,the instinct or reIlex action starts to take over our normal course oI -ehaviour.
The su- conscious, starts to listen to the inner voice and Iorges a connection with the supreme
powers and whatever action we perIorm is a reIlex action.



Any activity we lay our hands into, turns into a success. Being victorious -ecomes a reIlex action
ie it -ecomes a triumpg even -eIore we realize it. Whatever we touch turns into Gold. In other
words we attain THE MIDA's TOUCH.

throughout our lives we seek another chance at Salvation at our death. Avoid this. Lead a

Ba-a ji implored all to evolve and activate the inner powers -y meditation and in the -usy time
ta-le oI ours, eke out time to educate ourselves oI the powers within instead oI a stagnated state
throughout one's liIe.



O ELECTROMAGNETIC IELD
AROUND EVERY INDIVIDUAL
There exists a field of radiations around every human -eing. The type oI radiations depend on
the vi-rations around the person. The vi-rations are in turn governed -y our emotions. One type
oI radiation attracts some more radiation oI its kind. Har haal men khushi would mean the energy
and vi-rational Iield around a person would remain that oI successIul positive vi-rations and
would in turn attract more oI success.

Expanding the electro magnetic Iield will change the atomic configuration and ambience

Comical episodes during the shivir

1. BHAAG DK BOSE INCIDENT
The sadhak congregation was leIt in splits when Ba-a ji sang Bhaag DK BOSE when he was
explaining the nonsensical values that the show-iz oI today is imparting on its audience. The
lyrics oI Sa-un ki shakal men nikla tu jhaag as said to a son -y his Iather is extreme distortion oI
how Unconditional love must -e experienced in close relations which Iorm our soul group.

2. LORD GANESHA KAR1AT ASHRAM

Once at Karjat Ashram on the outskirts oI Mum-ai, a stone resem-ling Lord Ganesha was
Iound and was kept -y a sadhak in Ba-a ji's meditation room. Ba-a ji was in deep dhyan at the
time. Soon people made a -eeline to head towards that room. Donations started, oIIerings oI
ladoos etc started and Ba-a ji's meditation was halted. When He opened His eyes, He told all the
assem-lage to go as He didnt have time to meet them and much to His surprise they said,

It was then that He realised that superstition had driven such a crowd and laughed his way out.

Ba-a ji was shown the movie and He ordered its closure when He saw that the driving Iorce oI
Janardhan was sorrow.

. VISHAMITRA STORY IN THE MODERN CONTEXT

While narrating the great saint Vishwamitra's liIe story, in which Dev Raj Indra tried to distur-
his 90 years oI penance Ior the Iear that Vishwamitra through his relentless meditations would
-ecome a Brahmarshi (seer oI the highest degree) Ba-a ji instead oI calling the apsaras or
seductresses with their real name which was Ram-ha and Menaka, called them "Beedi jalailay
karne waali" and "Sheila". This sent a wave oI rip roaring laughter among all present.

The lesson Irom the story was that to -ecome li-erated and realize the proIound divine wisdom
or Brahmagyan, one has to rise a-ove enticements like sensual pleasures and anger.



So dear sadhak this ends the Shree Vidya Delhi e-shivir 2011. As it was written earlier, the
