Old Jordanian male , bank cashier for 6 years : Psychosocial variables Good class , every Friday meet his friend in caf restaurant and have shisha and play cards Structural variables He had high BP. Form 2 weeks , and he know that stress make it worse : Perceived susceptibility to disease His mother and father has HTN. And all because stress : Perceived severity of disease HTN is silent killer disease : Cues to act My father died cause of MI the nurse advise me to reduce salt intake and have some .exercises , there is a gem near my job : Perceived threat of disease I have a high chance to develop serious problem cause I never take care of my self : Perceived benefits of health promotion action minus perceived barrier to the action Exercise and program for stress are good for my condition

: a. prior related factor in the last two year i tried to quit smoking : b. personal factor I smoke two box of cigarette and I have difficult in breathing

: a. perceived benefits of action you will have normal breathing and you will sleep : b. perceived barriers to action I can't quit it's so difficult and can't have exercise , always like to smoke after mill : c. perceived self-efficacy I know if I want to do it I well case I do it before : d. activity-related affect I like to swim and hit to smoke after it for couple of hour : e. imterpersonal influences ; norms ; models my mother don't like me to smoke and every time she told me YOU HAVE TO QUITE .cause she was a smoker and quite before 10 yr. ago so she now the benefit , : f. situational influences ; options ; demand ; characteristics ,aesthetics I want to quite cause I dont want my son to smoke and protect my family from negative smoking .

(V)every thing will be ok and you will loss weight if you understand that obesity is very bad disease (VI)and will make your body susceptible for a many serious disease as ( CVD , diabetes , respiration problems ) so just do what iwill tell you and you will see the difference just during two month, first only three meal in the day very small amount of bread very high amount of salad before every meal and between meal NO chocolat and if you hungry eat fruits and vegetables,the dinner very little amount , and three times in a week to the gym, and half hour walking every day (VII) he said i wrote

every thing and i will be surprised by the result and he will call me .whenever the need arises
