Experience
Disassemble/reassemble computers to customer specifications Test and/or stress-test computer components system board, memory, drives, etc. Troubleshoot/diagnose error messages, beep codes, and/or system peripherals Create customer HDD images Diagnose imaging problems as they arrive Repair or replace any troubled system Manage inventory add/remove items, update quantities, adjust costs, etc. Create and maintain an acceptable work-flow for co-workers and temporary help Repair/solder bad capacitors on motherboards Prioritize co-workers workflow as needed Process all parts going back into inventory from Credit Returns and RMAs Maintain detailed recordkeeping of all dispatches made to Dell for replacement parts Provide a high level of support throughout the company in various locations and of various executive/administrative levels US, Canada, Ireland, Australia
