Sesnan (1997, P.181) states that: You can receive feedback in many ways, you can test the class, you ask them questions, and you can move around checking what they are doing. You can also get feedback in less organized ways. Sesnan (1997, P.176) suggest that: Pair work is a special kind of group work usually used for doing oral or written exercises. Beglar and Hunt (2002, P.102) stated that: Curriculum and syllabus design involves a never-ending process of making adjustments aimed at enhancing the projects pedagogical usefulness to learner. Harmer (1983, P.138) stated that: Students are likely to receive teacher assessment in terms of praise or blame. Indeed, one of our roles is to encourage students by praising them for work that is well done. Sesnan (1997, P.104) stated that: You must also expose your pupils to others of spoken English, so that they are not relying on you alone for good examples. These sources can be on the radio, by bringing other people to the class, or by using published cassettes if you can get them. Harmer (1983, P.141) suggest that: Though feedback both assessment and correction can be very helpful during the oral work, teachers should not necessarily deal with the oral production in the same way. Sesnan (1997, P.21) indicates that: In fact, it is not usual to teach English culture, even assuming that there is single English culture which can be taught. You teach English for the purposes for which your pupils will need it-.that is, for use in their own country, or for occasional international use, such as meeting foreign tourists or doing business at home overseas. Sesnan (1997, P.181) indicates that: You can not teach without correcting the pupils. Correction is an integral part of the process of teaching. Sesnan (1997, P.104) suggest that: Similarly, your pupils may make mistakes, but it is you duty to correct them.

ESSAY: THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SECOND LANGUAGE IN THE CHILDHOOD Should children start learning a foreign language early? The process of learning a foreign language is influenced by social and biological factors in childrens environment since childrens brains have a maximum receptivity to the language in their early lives when new synapses are created in a moment they receive new language. It is evidenced when in a same English course, a young and an older person are learning a new language but for the older person is difficult to keep information received; this aspect has to be considerate by teachers and parents in order to the students obtain an early stimulation for the learning of a foreign language . Children have a period in their brains that permit them to obtain knowledge easier in their native language as well as in a foreign language; this period is called critical period, the word critical does not make reference to something traumatically for them, it makes references to a space in childrens life between their 4 and 6 years where reinforcement inputs about any language allow them to have a good manage of it, in their future life. Noticed cases of children who did not learn language in their early life, since they were remote from any human contact, it indicates that they were not able to learn to talk easier and fluently any language for the reason that their critical period had passed.

Learning a foreign language in the early life has to be considered after the first language has taken place for the reason that children have to know how to communicate in the school, with their classmates and teachers, where the foreign language will be taught If a child is able to establish a social connection with their social environment through the language already know child will feel discomfort or unprotected and probably child does not want to come back to the school. Children about 4 and 6 years old have more dispositions to learn a foreign language considering that they do not have social prejudgment that obstructs to make mistakes, in contrast to adolescent who are afraid of making mistakes for the fact of being satirized or that everybody, including the teacher, laugh at them; this situation can observed at some secondary schools. Certainly, children should learn foreign languages in their early life due to there are cognitive, physical and social characteristics that allow children to learn easier a foreign language. Indeed, the world needs competitive people to work in this environment for this reason is necessary to motive students to develop abilities to acquire a foreign language and in their future life they will be able to dominate it, which can open for them labor and cultures opportunities.
