Subject Update/Action Hospital Sg Petani, Muar & Miri layout confirmed and finalize Accentrix by user as notified by Accentrix. Accentrix will provide a copy of all three sites drawing which endorsed by user ASAP to Philips. Johairie confirmed all drawings that email to Leong & Lee is Info the last revised architect drawing. Kevin confirming that the supply for chiller remained as Info Donalson. MRI chiller piping, cabling and connection will be fully supply and install by Accentrix. Chillers pipe material will be APC. Accentrix will provide 3 set of pressure and temperature gauge (2 set in technical room and 1 set at MRI chiller). Accentrix will also include water bypass valve, water tap supply in tech room & supply for chiller and 2 drainage. MRI technical, examination and control room temperature requirement is provided to Accentrix. Accentrix will design and build the air condition system accordingly for Hospital Muar and Miri. Before the implementation of the air conditioning system, Accentrix require to provide the design to Philips for approval.

Accentrix to provide the design calculation and layout in two week time. Accentrix also raise the issue whether Hospital Sungai Petanis air condition is sufficient or not. Kevin will escalate this matter in the next site progress meeting. Leong will try to get a copy of last meeting of minutes from Pn Naemah 0134664358. MRI quench pipe detail provided to Accentrix. Hospital Muar and Miri quench pipe output design will build according referring to Hospital Johor Bahrus design. Accentrix will do a site visit with Philips for Hospital Sg. Petanis MRI quench pipe. Insulation for quench pipe from magnet until the end will handle by Accentrix. Accentrix confirmed that MRI examination room medical gas regulator is not under their work scope Kevin requested Accentrix to initiate the site work while waiting for Philips PO. Leong requested Accentrix to provide a complete set of three hospital architect drawing with customer endorsement layout. Lee requested Accentrix to prepare monthly report for MOH meeting, biweekly progress report for Philips PM and site diary. Sampling of report require to be JKR standard. Accentrix require to provide a sampling of all the above report to Philips in 2 weeks times. Lee has notified that all work, material and method require to follow the standard of JKR and Hospitals rules and regulation. END
