NOTE 1 The Specified Authority, TTD in its Resolution No 523, dated 5/6-12-2001 has approved to go ahead with the acquisition of the Karakambadi land to an extent of 254 12 situated in S No 2, 127 138 etc which was originally allotted to the A P Electronics Development Corporation Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad duly re-convey the land in favour of TTD
2 The Government after careful examination and in supercession

of the orders issued in the Memo No 10222/Assn IV(2W)/96, dt 30-1-2002 directed the District Collector, Chittoor to hand over advance physical possession of the land to an extent of Ac 250-00 at Rs 30,000/- per acre to TTD vide their Memo No 10222/Ks Assn IV/2/96, dt 16-3-2002 duly resuming the same from the A P Electronics Development Corporation Limited and also requested to pay Rs 33 84 lakhs to A P E D C Ltd , towards developmental charges incurred by them as per alienation conditions and an extent of Ac 10-00 with A P E D C , besides reserving Ac 4-00 already allotted to the entrepreneurs for A P E D C Ltd 3 As per orders of the Government the District Collector, Chittoor in his proceedings dated 17-3-2002 directed to Revenue Divisional Officer Tirupati to resume an extent of Ac250-00 from the A P E D C Ltd , and to hand over advance physical possession of the land to the TTD subject to payment of land value at the rate of Rs 30,000/- per acre and developmental charges Rs 33 84 lakhs by the TTD, Tirupati Accordingly,, the Mandal Revenue Officer, Renigunta Mandal has handed over advance physical possession of lands in question to the Executive Officer, TTD on 18-3-2002 4 In the above circumstances the TTD Board in its Resolution No 186, dt 18-6-2002 ahs approved as follows a To release the land cost of Rs 75,00 000/- payable to the Distnct Collector, Chittoor only after receipt of alienation orders from the Government in respect of the above lands in favour of TTD to have clear title over the property and to fulfill the modalities for approval of layout by TUDA

To arrange payment of Rs 33 84 lakhs to the Managing Director, A P Electronics Development Corporation Ltd A P , Hyderabad towards developmental charges incurred by them after mutation of the title of the lands in question in favour of TTD to avoid legal litigations in future

'1 While the matter stood thus, the TTD Employees have represented to allot the sites other than in Karakambadi area since it is far away to Tirupati le , more than 16 Kms and it is very difficult for them to attend the duties at Tirumala, besides other reasons After examining the representation of the employees association in detail, the Board of Trustees in their Resolution No 809 dt 6/7-4-2003, have approved to allot sites in Peruru tank instead of Karakambadi 6 In the above circumstances the matter is placed before the Board of Trustees to handover the said land to an extent of 250 acres to the Mandal Revenue Officer, Renigunta
