Project Scope

This project is designed to construct a two story building in Nuwaraeliya town. The contractor will focus on finishing the project on time and satisfying all the customer needs with the estimated cost. 1.1 Objectives

Construction of two story building has several stages for one year period. Mainly focus on five main stages. The expected outputs of the each phase are as follows.

Customer Review

Customer is a businessman in Nuwaraeliya area. He is planning to construct his own house near a land own to customer. Customer needs us to carryout the whole process. He is willing to finish the work of the house within one year. The total estimated cost is 3.5 million rupees. He will pay 35% of the total cost at the initial stage. Work Breakdown Structure

Construction of the two story building project activities will breakdown in to smaller function in order to reduce the complexity. The building construction is supervised and done by the customer of the project with help of contractor. Necessary assistance will give to contractor according to customer requirements.
