WHY THIS PROGRAM The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a strategic management tool which will help you implement your strategy and measure your progress towards achieving your strategic goals and objectives. The BSC development process begins with your strategic objectives. The development process firstly entails identifying the most important aspects of your business at which you must excel in order to achieve your objectives. You will identify the key drivers of business performance. Setting up measures (or KPIs) associated with these areas which ensure your employees focus on them and improve performance. The Balanced Scorecard allows your management team to examine and communicate strategic objectives and measures; and enable responsible operating divisions, managers and departments to be accountable for their performance and the achievement of corporate goals and mission through measurements. About faculty: Mr. Sangram Pawar is a HR professional, internationally reckoned as People Strategist, BSC expert , Behavioral trainer , Corporate Trainer and HR professional, OD Change Management specialist having rich experience in the field of Leadership training and development, Corporate/Strategic & business HR & Organization Change Management for large business projects. In his past he has worked with around 32 nationalities around the globe in 12 countries. He is a well qualified professional, graduated(MDP) from Harvard (US) on Global Business Leadership and Masters in Human Resources and behavioral sciences having international experience of around 14 years in the field of corporate training, HR & Change Management.
