Textile Chemicals
This is the list of textile chemicals for which we confirm, that none of the substances affected by the current edition of the standard C99 are used in the manufacturing process or added intentionally as ingredients in the formulation. We are, therefore, not issuing a general compliance declaration covering all our textile chemicals products, but are kindly asking our customers to request from our local sales representatives for each and every Clariant product they use for the manufacturing of articles for Marks & Spencer the detailed information. The list is dynamic and just reflects the status of the issuing time. Our textile chemicals - in principle - may contain < 20 ppm of isothiazolone based fungicides in order to protect them from microbial infection. Further compliance with C99 has been checked individually. Please contact us for further information.
