ABSTRACT SAEPULOH, The influence Training Education and Teachers Competence to Public Service at Cianjur Education Agency To face

all of possibility and challenge that is faced in this period of globalization, many school prepare themselves from official employee to level teachers competence, so is often taken care of training and education to face that period of globalization. The top of leader hold and important role, so the institute always take care of special training to the leader to get an experience and knowledge to application and his power. The formulation of problem : a) is there influence training and education to public service at Cianjur Education Agency ?. b) is there influence the teachers competence to public service at Cianjur Education Agency ?. c) is there influence training and education and teachers competence together service to public at Cianjur Education Agency ? The goal of the research : a) To know the influence training and education to public service at Cianjur Education Agency ?. b) To know the influence the teachers competence to public service at Cianjur Education Agency ?. c) To know Influence the training and education and teachers competence together to public service at Cianjur Education Agency ? Conclusion : a) Base on the result of calculation by experiment F, was reached F (64,179) > F
