Prospect tickets: Prospect tickets are now available. You can book straight through the Service Centre on 0844 848 5000, giving your prospects name, address, phone number and email address. In the same week, your prospect will receive a confirmation email (you will be copied in) which he / she should print out and bring to the Showcase. The deadline for registering your prospects is noon on Friday 4 September. Anytime after that, you will have to register them at the NIA Box Office at the morning of the Showcase, so try and avoid the queues and the hassle by booking them in early. Prospects can now also book their tickets direct on our prospect ticket line - 0800 1181100.

I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome about five years ago. At the time I had a very good job as a secretary, but after several long spells of illness I lost my job. I joined Kleeneze a year later. I didnt know much about the company, and, to be honest, I actually joined as I had to find some way of regular exercise for my medical condition.
I had a major operation on my wrist in 2006 and was in plaster for six weeks. However, with the help of my family, I still retailed 800 that period. In March of last year I had a second operation on my wrist and could not drive for two weeks. I used to set off with my trolley and my arm in a sling and still managed to retail 1,800 in that period! I have gradually built a database of almost 1000 customers and it has been worth taking the time to build the business at my own pace. My cheques each month are regularly between 800 and 1000 per month, which isnt bad for something that was just supposed to give me regular exercise. My goals have now been set and I aim to retail 1,000 per week and build a team. I hope that my story will give people the encouragement to join this fantastic business. Collections should be booked to coincide with expected deliveries. Your first collection per period will be free of charge, however, all other collections in that period will be subject to a charge of 10 (15).

Its benefited us greatly because when my brother-in-law, Chris Stimpson, got made redundant, I gave him the Kleeneze solution and by working with him in his first three Periods he sponsored three people in, qualifying him for the SOS. Then we had a new lad, Arren Wharmby, start and he qualified for SOS - he sponsored in a wanted slip, they did the 400 and he qualified for SOS. Then he sponsored in his sister, and she would have qualified him for SOS too. He did 1,200 of retail from day one and hasnt stopped since. Now three of the people who have joined and qualified for the SOS have all gone on to become strong retailers. And the people theyve sponsored in have all gone on to be good retailers too. SOS just gives people the incentive to go on to do more. If they get through the first four weeks and then the next four weeks, theyre much more likely to stay because they can see that its not just putting through lots of catalogues through lots of houses forever.
