A MONSTROUS MONTH OF MOMENTOUSNESS!

We believe that such an amazing month deserves a headline with a flourish and, although we cant say monstrous month of momentousness three times fast, September was indeed just that and there are still five days to go! From the very first weekend with the explosive Xmas Showcase up until this last week and the launch of the TV campaign, theres been plenty to get excited about. Products from the Christmas Catalogue have been flying out the warehouse, loads of our Distributors are packing their sun-screen in readiness for the Autumn Destination 2009, others snapped up the

IL 13 WEEKS UNT CHRISTMAS!

fantastic offer to get some winter sun courtesy of Doorstep Destinations and two Mini Cooper winners were announced. However, September wasnt just about success. It was also about learning. James ONeil learnt how to apply eye-shadow effectively, Marcell Treanor learnt never to take to the NIA stage without memorising all the prices of all the products in the Kleeneze Catalogue and Michael Khatkar learnt never to say the phrase, a lovely boiled egg in front of a chef with a pair of scissors. So into October we go a lot wiser, many Distributors destined to be a lot browner and all of us more convinced than ever that this is going to be the best Christmas Kleeneze has ever seen!

We would like to tell you about a special couple in our team who have qualified for Cyprus. Next month, in the space of one week, they will go to Cyprus, get married and go on honeymoon - all paid for by being part of Kleeneze! Archie Curtis and Faye Wareham joined in August 2008 with a desire to earn some extra for their wedding. Having been plugged into the system they quickly realised the power of the Kleeneze Opportunity. Over Christmas 2008 and the New Year they contacted all their warm market in the UK and New Zealand and started to build a team. Out of a team of 11, six are warm market. This couple both work full time yet made a decision to change their lives. Their reason why was so big that they have consistently put in

the necessary work outside of their jobs to achieve their goals. Failure was never an option. By helping their team to achieve their goals they have reached theirs. They have helped Archies Mum and Dad (Lou and Tim Curtis) build a 15% business and his brother and sister-in-law (Jo and Matt Curtis) a 13% business. Next year we hope to have the whole family qualifying! I do not think you could find a more suitable and apt couple who typify the ethos and spirit of Kleeneze. Having joined the business and seen the opportunity they set about self educating themselves to improve their skills. They then used these skills to share with and help others to achieve their goals, working with those that wanted to progress and supporting those who were happy to retail. As a result of all their and their teams hard work they will be going to Cyprus on 18 October, married on the 24 October and honeymoon on the 25 October! Jeremy and Marie Simmonds

ENTERPRIZE WEEKLY BULLETIN Issue 36 25.09.09

And all this all BEFORE our advertising campaign kicks off!
Have you already seen benefits of our TV campaign? Let us know at EWB (ewb@kleeneze.co.uk). These are just some of the stories that we received even before the advert launched! Silver Distributors, Robert and Sarah Newbery from the Fast Track Group received a letter from Kleeneze asking them to contact a potential new customer last week. They could not believe their eyes when they picked up an order for 402! They cant wait to receive a few more leads like this one! Make sure you are retailing every week to ensure you dont miss out on an order of 400+! Here are some of the results Gold Distributors, Mike and Ann Jones emailed in: Last week: Had quite a good week! Dropped 442 catalogues to a customer base. Total sales were 1954.25 with 140 of our customers placing an order. Largest order was for 166 and all of this was from the Christmas catalogue. This week: Even better this week! Dropped 507 catalogues. 130 customers ordered total sales of 2,222.25. Used Your Christmas Ordering Service and had pre-order sales of 300! That is a total of 4176.50 on 949 catalogues over 2 weeks, with 270 customers ordering on average 15.46 and an order received every 3.5 catalogues picked up! What a fabulous set of catalogues the company have produced for us to work with. Gold Distributors, Julie Cotton and Neil Tomkinson emailed EWB this success story in: Dennis Puckering joined the Pegasus group just over a year ago. He was working a very full-time job in a warehouse (65 hours plus per week) plus supporting Bev and his son, James. On top of this Bev has arthritis and various health issues and Dennis is dyslexic. But as we all know, Kleeneze is a business for those who do not let obstacles stand in their way. Dennis has followed the system, attending all meetings and built up a customer base. He hit 10% and then 13%. This month he sacked his boss giving him more time to help Bev and build his business. He now has a team member, Cheryl Southern and just before the Xmas Showcase hit 15%. Dennis and Bev were both buzzing after the Showcase. Dennis had decided he was on a mission that day and ordered more catalogues during the show. The next day we got a text theyd dropped 400 recruitment leaflets and put an order in for more. By Monday we got the text: picked up 16 customer books over 250 orders, so far mostly xmas! By that night we received the call - they had dropped books to 204 customers before the Showcase and by Monday night had 830 in orders. Several people asked to keep the books longer as they want to place orders! Theyve already hit over 10% by the fifth day of period 10. Since then they have placed Christmas books in their old schools and colleges and provisionally booked their first Kleeneze home party. Dennis and Bev are on a mission. They took on board what was said at the Showcase. They are brilliant people and they are doing massive what about you? We hope this inspires you to take the steps to the best Kleeneze Christmas ever! If you want to tap into the motivation of the Xmas Showcase, relive the day with the EzeReach CD. Containing all the highlights from the day, the CD is now available to order on code: 07323 for only 1.25/1.85. All EzeReach subscribers will receive one FREE copy of the CD with their next order.

Also this week, Silver Executive Distributors David Birtwistle and Angela Tonkin snapped up the third quarter Mini Cooper! The couple have demonstrated massive Sales Plan success, moving up to Silver Executive with 28.95% year on year growth. Oh and theyve also qualified for both Cyprus and Cape Town. Not a bad week!

EWB loves to hear your stories, but they could make for a great media story too! Dont forget, if you want to take part in our future Kleeneze PR campaigns, register for your chance to star as a case study in the media at www.citypress.co.uk/kleeneze and join the hundreds who have already registered. Congratulations to Silver Distributor, Katie Allnutt, who won The Weakest Link earlier this month!

Weve ad hundreds of requests from our new campaign!

Our new advertising campaign certainly hit the ground running this week, as hundreds of leads came pouring in. The first showing was on ITV1 at 10.10am on Monday morning and just seconds later, the catalogue requests came pouring in. The ad will continue to run over the next three weeks, but in order for it to have the biggest impact possible, you need to get behind it. Now is the time to talk about Kleeneze - more than youve ever done before. Weve put both the text and non-text version of the advert up on the DSA, so you can download it and send it out. Your family, friends, colleagues, neighbours all need to know were on TV! If all these are in place and a lead comes through from your area, you will be immediately contacted with the customers details and asked if you can deliver here. Simply click on the acknowledgement within 48 hours to let us know if you can. Then you can go and greet your new customer! If an acknowledgement is not received within that 48-hour time-frame, we will have to pass the request along, so make sure you click yes as soon as you can. If youre not Internet registered, you cannot receive leads! Its not just through the duration of the TV campaign that its important to be registered either here are some of the everyday benefits: You can place your orders online saving you time and money filling forms out and sending them through the slow postal service (especially given looming postal strikes) or via fax Save 10 delivery charge for every order over 150 You will receive catalogue request leads for customers in your area You can access your account details online You can analyse your GSA which shows what your team has sold individually

Make sure youre part of it!

Last week, we announced how you were going to receive leads from the campaign. Please make sure you are checking your emails daily, including any emails that may have been filtered into your junk mail, because we have received hundreds of leads this week that are not being accepted by Distributors and therefore passed on to the nearest Distributor in their area. Dont let free customers disappear! The next few weeks and beyond are all about maximising the potential of our TV ad campaign, so to ensure you receive the leads, you need to: Ensure you are Internet registered and your email address is up-to-date. Next, you need to have an active account with a product order placed within the last two weeks And finally, your account needs to be up-todate and not in arrears

IN A FEW WEEKS TIME WE WILL BE RUNNING A COMPETITION FOR INTERNET REGISTERED AND EMAIL ADDRESS ACCOUNTS ONLY AND THE TOP PRIZE WILL BE 1,000, SO UPGRADE YOUR ACCOUNT NOW AND DONT MISS OUT!

LEARN HOW TO EARN

Being a Distributor may be unlike any other job youve ever had, but in one respect its the same as any other occupation you need support in order to move up that career ladder. Luckily, Kleeneze does support in spades. Its a business that anyone can succeed in and thats purely down to the fact that theres openness when it comes to sharing the system, the knowledge and the training. Whether youre a new starter or have been in the business for years, attending meetings is crucial to your success. It is here that youll find out all about how to succeed, as well as getting well-deserved recognition of your success so far and the chance to meet other like-minded people in the business. There are hundreds of meetings which take place all over the country and the majority are open for everyone to attend (see page 7 for our Meetings Diary). Staying with Kleeneze and going to the training meetings has helped me change my attitude tremendously. Once upon a time I had an attitude of doom and gloom. It was either 100% success or nothing at all. Today my attitude is any success is 100% success, no matter how small that success is. Its easy to look at the stars in Kleeneze and think that you have to be like them or you will never succeed. But the truth is no one has to be like anyone, you just need to be yourself. Be grateful for where you are, and if you dream of a life that offers major rewards, consider the fact that its going to take time. Dont be impatient, follow the advice of your Upline and move at a pace that is comfortable for you. Stick with the trainings, because these are going to teach you the how tos. They DO help, they WILL help and the rest is up to YOU! Simon Wright, Silver Distributor We have been attending meetings and trainings for many years and always learn something new at every one. Meetings are also a great way of reminding us of what we already know but may have simply forgotten. As well as the education, the social side is vital for team spirit and meeting new team members. When we feel a bit battered, we definitely need the meeting and when we feel on top of the world the meeting needs us. So no matter how you feel, there should always be space in every serious persons diary for meetings and trainings. The Kleeneze network and the company are second to none in organising and hosting and deserve support from all of us. Gail and Stuart McKibbin, Senior Executive Distributors We use our local and countrywide open and Business Opportunity meetings as a launch for introducing new members to the business concept and also to enhance our team members belief in the business. We have found that the more meetings we and our team go to the more we communicate and stay in touch using the trainings in our sizzles so that the members that could not attend do not lose out on some vital training. Fred and Karen Mason, Senior Distributor I think it is important to attend all network meetings because, it gives you a chance to speak to other Distributors and your Uplines about any issues you have regarding anything Kleeneze related. I attend all my local meetings. They often put on promotions such as who has placed the highest order, who has the highest single sale from one house and who has sponsored the most in the four weeks previous. They offer the winners of these promotions prizes, such as selfdevelopment books, catalogues etc. I think this is great because it gives us Distributors who attend an incentive to get out there and work hard and most importantly to get recognised for your achievement by your fellow Distributors. Paul Sheldon, Silver Distributor We both attend the local open evenings as they give us excellent training and motivation. They let us hear other peoples stories, which we can use when we are out doing our own business presentations. The training from all the different network meetings covers all the aspects of the business and is a great show how. The network meetings also open your eyes to the possibility of whats available with Kleeneze. We proved this, as I joined for an extra 50 per week and now we are Bronze Executives who have been on the amazing Club Med 2 this year. One of the other great benefits from going to the network meetings is that it gives a sense of belonging and support from the team that you belong to and it gives you a chance to show that to anyone who is looking at Kleeneze or people that have joined your team. It is exposing you and your team to what is available - gradually they will have a feeling of being involved and then choose to upgrade themselves, using the business to achieve their personal goals. Denise and Steve Neal, Bronze Executive Distributors Recession? At The Nicholson Tigers Wealth Training meeting at Thurrock last Sunday, we recognised those Distributors whose retail scores were 1,000, 1,500 and 2,000+ over the last period. August is usually a quiet Period, but just look at those smiling Tigers. Well done Kleeneze. Great catalogues - sales prove it. Gillian Nicholson, Platinum Premier Executive
