THE NESTL USA LEADERSHIP SYMPOSIUM for Diverse Leaders for Tomorrow 2012

The 4th Annual Nestl USA Leadership Symposium


for Diverse Leaders of Tomorrow is a four-day intensive business program where students hear firsthand from the Nestl USA executive leadership team. The symposium is held in Glendale, California at the Nestl USA Headquarters and provides 30 minority undergraduate students with a valuable opportunity to partake in a leadership development course and utilize their leadership skills in a community outreach event. Nestl USA will pay for all reasonable travel and accommodations.

CR I T E R IA
Current sophomores and juniors graduating between May 2013 and June 2014 3.0 GPA or above Undergraduate students enrolled in accredited four-year colleges and universities in the United States, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories Student must not require sponsorship now or in the future for employment status (e.g. H-1B visa status) Demonstrated leadership skills Holds a leadership position in a diverse on- or off-campus student organization Interested in a career in one of the following business functions: Finance/Accounting, Engineering, Human Resources, Technical and Manufacturing, Product Development (Food Technology), Sales, Supply Chain (Logistics, Packaging, Purchasing). Must not be a previous participant in the Nestl USA Leadership Symposium
