the risk hedging models used by corporate , that is which kind of derivatives they use to hedge this kind of risk, what would be the best time and strategies of hedging and what type of different derivatives can be used by the corporate to minimize the risk and maximize the profit.

3. Give an example of a recommendation made by you that was not accepted. What is your understanding of why it was not accepted?

1. One recommendation proposes that investment objectives and strategies of hedge

funds should describe assets to be invested, geographic sectors where assets may be limited and management trading style. 2. Investors in hedge funds should be provided with tools to help understand risk in portfolios, to track the performance of hedge funds based on quantitative and qualitative reports updated at least monthly and information to analyze a fund's goals and resources, 3. Hedge funds have predominantly independent boards of directors materially free of conflicts with investment managers.
REASON FOR NOT ACCEPTED: Actually this recommendations are for macro-level, and the institution where I was doing this research IIPM, did not provide such platform to support and propose to the central governor of the ECB. But still, my project and recommendation was fully appreciated by my thesis guide and another professor at IIPM and my research fellows from IIM-Ahmedabad.
