Mid Penn Bank November 2010-Present


Computer Operator As a computer operator at Mid Penn Bank, my duties include running processes to update bank transaction data, as well as to backup to COLD storage data vital to the bank Operations Center in Halifax PA. In February of 2011 I took charge of the companys intranet. I have since improved the overall look of our Intranet; I have also created useful applications such as an IT Help Desk and Knowledgebase. I have worked with various bank departments to organize documents, forms and spreadsheets as to maximize the usefulness of the intranet as a whole. In August of 2011, I released an overhauled version of the Intranet; the response from employees has been overwhelmingly positive.

I was promoted to Consultant for my involvement in developing new systems to make work more efficient and to reduce unnecessary processes.
