Greetings, my name is Jason Camacho. No, thats a terrible introduction,.sorry were not boring here at Ultimate Abdominals. Yes, I am the 19 year old mind behind Ultimate Abdominals, but I am also the author of this ebook. Hopefully you get a lot out of this ebook because it took me pretty long to put this beauty together. Now I know there are several pictures throughout this ebook of me, and yes, I know Im not the most ripped guy on earth. So what could a young college student like me know about obtaining six pack abs? Well, for starters I am at least developing that toned stomach, so I guess Im one step closer to having that chiseled stomach all of those bodybuilders do out there. No, honestly I know I dont have that bodybuilder kind of stomach, but I am aiming to reach that goal. Now back to my expertise in the area of Six Pack Abs. I spent two years going through numerous six pack abs programs that I thought would really benet me the way I wanted, but none of them seemed to get me where I wanted. During my rst year of college I noticed there were so many people that wanted to get that model body, but they didnt know how. The problem was neither did I. Now, ever since I was 6 years old Ive had a muscular stomach (not six pack abs), and what this means was that I was naturally t & skinny. This means I never really had to do much to maintain a at, somewhat toned stomach. But this wasnt enough for me, I wanted more than just the average at stomach. I wanted to be like those insanely chiseled, bu guys you see on t.v. with a six pack that could eat your tiny stomach for breakfast. I wanted to push myself to my limit to achieve this. So, I began working out and taking various abdominal exercises from dierent friends. I gured, I could get those chiseled abs as long as I worked them out everyday right? Nope, I was wrong. I didnt understand why there was no distinguishable dierence. So, I researched constantly for the next year just learning new things about muscle development and fat loss, and mainly why I wasnt able to see any dierence in my stomach from the insane ab workouts my friends showed me. Now, almost two years later, Im barely putting all of that research together into an organized, outlined program to developing perfect six pack abs. Im slowly integrating every secrets and tip I discovered into my Ultimate Six Pack Plan, so Ill admit Im nowhere near perfect. No, Im not some t bodybuilder, but I am here to share with you the absolute truths and detailed secrets to obtaining toned abs fast and naturally. TIME TO GET STARTED


Don't obsess Many people have a huge problem with obsessing over their weight and results. I know that may sound a little harsh, but its something that needs to be discussed. I know theres always a goal you want to obtain and a certain peak you want to reach with your body, but obsessing over it is not the answer. What do I mean by obsessing? This includes constantly thinking about your fitness plan 24/7 and never giving it a rest. Whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose fat, obsessing over getting results will always end badly and hurting you in the end. My advice: stay consistent with your Ultimate Six Pack Plan, work hard, dont obsess, and all of your success will follow. Think of it this way, worrying and obsessing over your body wont cause your body to produce results faster, but instead youll end up damaging yourself. Don't be impatient I am one to be extremely impatient and I admit that this is one thing I HAVE to work on. Ive seen what patience can do and Ive also seen what kind of damages impatience causes. What does impatience have to do with getting that flat, toned stomach anyway? Well, some people become so impatient to see their results that they turn to unnecessary pills (unnatural weight loss) or muscle aggregators (steroids) to speed up their process. This is the worst thing you can do for your body. So, before you take that unnecessary step because you dont think youre seeing results soon enough, take a step back and think about your patience. Patience is a key character trait to any fitness plan because it DOES take time to see results no matter how powerful your diet and workout plan may be. Don't have wrong motives Ive seen so many people go into Ultimate Fitness Plans possessing the absolute wrong motives. These individuals have goals to reach, but their goals arent morally correct. What does this mean? For example, their only reason for wanting that toned stomach so badly is to show off to girls and become that guy that everyone ends up hating. Im being totally honest here because Ive seen this happen. Though it may be harsh, you need to have proper reasons for going into an Ultimate Six Pack Plan and set your heart right. It may sound absolutely ridiculous but karma does exist, and your true reasons for desiring that chiseled stomach may become the one reason you cant see any results at all. Also, I dont just make this stuff up, but experience it for myself, and even do some research to back up my crazy logic.

CLOSED MINDED PEOPLE DONT SUCCEED


Don't be closed minded To achieve those goals you have set in your mind, whatever they may be, you need to have an open mind. What this means is that you cant have a closed mind that blocks out everything except what your mind personally thinks. If you have a set way of doing things and notice that your friend is getting better results from what he/she does, theres no reason you shouldnt perform a little bit of trial and error to see if you could get the same results. Those who have a closed mind often are the ones that struggle losing fat or gaining muscle because they simply dont accept any kind of pointers of free knowledge from someone who knows what theyre talking about. I used to be this way and I am so thankful someone showed me how to humble myself and open my mind a bit more. Until I dropped my pride and opened up my mind a bit, I just wasnt able to excel past a plateau I had reached, but now I can say I have. Don't have tunnel vision Have you heard of the term tunnel vision before? If not, let me explain. Tunnel vision simply means you are looking straight ahead as if looking straight through a tunnel, with no peripheral vision whatsoever. Hence the name tunnel because tunnels are completely concealed except for the end where the light usually is. Now many people seem to naturally have this kind of mentality or vision but they dont know it.

I am here to help those of you see that you have tunnel vision if you DO and you just dont realize it. This tunnel vision can constrain you and hold you back from achieving what you really can because you arent opening your eyes to the bigger picture. Going about any kind of Fitness Plan means dropping down those tunnel walls, looking around you, and discovering new things that really work. Youll never know what will improve your results dramatically until you drop those tunnel walls and actually try it.

DONT COMPARE YOURSELF WITH OTHERS


Don't compare yourself with others This is absolutely a HUGE problem for me and I feel like it always will be. Yet, I am trying so hard to get rid of this problem because it tends to tear me down so much. MANY individuals compare themselves with others, and if they feel as if theyre above someone else in terms of fitness, theyll find the next best person, take a look at how that person might be better than them, and aim to be better than that person somehow. This mentality HAS to stop when it comes to reaching your fitness goals. This seems to hurt people more than dropping weights in your toes does. when you compare yourself with others, youre only asking for trouble by tearing yourself down. Think about it. When you are aiming to be as good as someone else do you feel good that youre below them or do you tend to tear yourself down because you arent as good as them? This mentality ruins so many fitness plans because you tend to lose a sense of self worth and end up losing that drive to reach your goals when you see someone better than you. Take my advice: dont compare yourself with others, focus on what GOOD things youve done, and reach those goals with your Ultimate Workout Plan. Don't limit yourself Theres no limit to what you can do. I learned this just a month ago and Im barely realizing how true this is. When you limit yourself, youre putting a barrier around yourself that prevents you from surpassing any new goals and instead constrains you to an old goal youve already reached. Dont tell yourself what you CAN and CANT do because youll never know until you try. Now if you really cant do something, admit it and work harder so that you eventually can say that youre able to accomplish that certain task. When we place limits on ourselves, we prevent ourselves from accomplishing any goals since were just too afraid that well fail. Who cares if you fail! If you fail, get back up again, push yourself, and accomplish those goals so no Dehydration is a huge thing Im seeing lately when it comes to workouts and exercising. Ill be honest and admit that I even completely forget to drink one drop of water my entire workout. I dont think about it until once Im done and then I realize that Im really hurting myself more than helping myself. What gives us that extra push during workouts is that extra ounce of hydration and without it, it seems hopeless to get through that one tough exercise. Hydration is extremely vital to your health and overall results, so if youre smart (which you are) youll throw your pride down, pause your workout, and get that water whenever you feel as if you need it. Dont be like I used to and tell yourself Ill get it when Im done with this exercise because that exercise ends up turning into a full hour workout. one can say you cant do that certain thing. Enough with the limits on yourself. Instead of thinking about what you cant do, work hard to do what you never thought you could. Don't dehydrate yourself

FOCUS ON THE POSITIVE THINGS


Don't perform workouts you dislike Does it make sense to do something you dont like? It sure doesnt to me. When I think of my life I think about all of the things I LIKE to do and not all of the things I dislike. Your workouts should be the same thing and follow the same concept. Dont torture yourself and make each workout something you despise. Perform exercises you like, have fun with it, and make sure those exercises are working your body in a way that you know is really benefitting you. When I say have fun, I really mean that your workouts shouldnt be black and white. Give it some color, add life to your workouts and customize it to fit your personal body type and personality. For example, I like to have fun, so for one of my abdominal exercises I hang upside down and I punch my stomach myself. Why? Not only does it develop abdominal muscle faster than any exercise Ive ever done, but its fun to test your limits and see how much you can really take. Maybe this is just because Im a guy, but I find it fun to see myself building muscle as I test my limits. Dont perform workouts you dont like because youll dread your workouts, not push yourself and sometimes quit halfway in between because its such a drag. Add some life to your workouts, make them work for you, and have fun! Don't go set unrealistic goals When I first began with my Ultimate Six Pack Program I had ONE goal in mind. What was that goal? I wanted to gain 30lbs. of muscle in the next month. I am naturally skinny and its hard to maintain any muscle I gain, let alone gain it. However, in my mind, I thought this was totally possible because other people had done it so it couldnt be that hard for me right? Holy mother I now realize that was an impossible goal, but I just didnt realize it at the time. The moral of the story is that you have to set realistic goals for yourself. Maybe even push your limits and go for an extremely hard goal that is still POSSIBLE. This might look like losing 10lbs. of body fat in a month or gaining 2lbs. or lean muscle in a week or two. When you set unrealistic goals for yourself, you set yourself up for failure. When you set yourself up for failure, you lose confidence if you dont reach that certain goal and just want to give up. At least thats how I am when I set unrealistic goals that I dont reach. I dont want you losing the drive to work extremely hard just because you set an unrealistic goal that you couldnt reach. This is a huge point for me to make because I feel like its one thing that brings many people down.

FORGET THE PAST, LOOK TOWARDS THE FUTURE


Don't look at the past I dont care what your family history says about your body type, ability to lose fat and gain muscle, or what it says about you accomplishing certain goals. I dont care what mistakes youve made in the past or if youve had more failure than success. You are a whole different person right this second than you were even a minute ago because youre reading this right now. Focusing on the past brings SO MANY people down and it bothers me so much because I just want to get ahold of them and share with them how the past really doesnt matter. All that matters is how you shape your future by taking action now to work hard and reach your fitness goals. When you look at your past failures or anything related, like family health history, you lose sight of what success you have right now and continue to focus on the past. This can do major damage to your fitness plan and dramatically decrease your results by taking away your drive to succeed in your workouts. When you lose focus and quit half way during workouts youre minimizing your success and hurting yourself. Forget the past, focus on your success now, take hold of your future, and succeed. Its that simple. Don't forget to set goals This is one of the most basic tips but is the most commonly forgotten. Why is it important to set goals? Let me explain to you how I see it. For two years I was researching and everywhere I looked in any kind of success article, it always said to set goals. I thought it was nice, but I just never did it, until now. Id always thought it was a waste of time and just continued on with my Six Pack Program, but when I really took the time to actually try this concept, it did glorious things for me. I know its something so small and insignificant but it dramatically improves success and optimizes results. Until I wrote out my goals, I had NO idea what I was aiming for or what my reason was for working out. All I knew was that I was eventually going to get somewhere satisfactory and just stop. Little did I know this was a terrible concept, and looking back now I wish I would have written out my goals from the very beginning. Your goals are your top priority and your whole incentive for doing anything. It makes such a different when youre exhausted during exercises, slowly losing the will to push yourself, but then you look back to your goals and remember your whole reason for what youre doing. That one goal can give you all the energy in the world to push through your workout because you begin thinking about your future and what it will look like if you can just get through that last exercise. Ive personally done this and I know for a fact this works, so go ahead and try it for yourself.

SCHEDULES MAKE ALL THE DIFFERENCE


Don't forget to have a schedule to follow Schedules are extremely vital to any fitness plan, especially Ultimate Six Pack Programs. It may seem very timeconsuming and may even come to you as a waste of time, but trust me this one tip will increase your success. Its so hard to work hard and push yourself to reach those goals when you have no idea what youre doing because you dont have a set Fitness Plan. You start to go all over the place with your workouts, performing exercises that you make up as you go, that dont even work. Writing out a set schedule to follow can make all the difference in the world because you now have a plan to succeed and reach those goals. Its much easier to push through workouts that are previously planned as opposed to exercises that you make up as you go. When you dont have a set schedule you settle, and tell yourself that seems like enough for today and go in the house to sleep when you really go nothing out of that workout. Now when you have a set schedule, you can really see how long and how hard you need to workout to push your body to its limit and receive maximum results. This allows you more room to customize the workout specifically for the goals youre trying to reach, which gives you incentive to not quit halfway through your workouts. With a set schedule you know whether youre halfway through the workout or nearing the end, so you know when you have to end as opposed to just stopping. Don't stop halfway during workouts Ive gone over this several times throughout the last few tips, but I want to stress the importance of this tip. I seem to struggle with this one a lot because its just hard for me to finish workouts for some reason. When Im in a lethargic mood and have absolutely no energy, I tend to settle and quit halfway through my workouts. I know in my head I didnt push myself so I wont receive optimal results, but I still quit. My hope is that you dont do what I used to do and actually push your body to its limits to reach those goals much faster. When you push yourself, you see major results, but when you quit halfway through workouts, youre doing nothing more than obtaining half success for your Fitness Plan.

DONT FOCUS ON ONE THING


Don't focus only on your abdominals As with any workout plan, you should not be focusing on one main muscle group. Even though this is a guide to developing six pack abs, I will be the first to tell you that you need to workout your entire body in a balanced way. When you balance your muscle groups you provide even strength and a more evenly muscular body. Now when you only work a certain muscle group, or even couple of muscle groups, there will be a point where you notice you have one chiseled section of your body while you have the rest of your muscle groups looking as if youve never done any kind of exercises for those muscles. Dont have an unbalanced body and core, but even out your workouts so your body is evenly balanced in strength and endurance. Trust me, I used to do this when I first started out and the left side of my body was bigger than my right side because I focused more on the left portion of my body. Dont make the same mistake I did. Don't do the same routine every week I know I say to have a set workout plan and follow a certain schedule, but let me go more into depth about this. Yes, you need to have a set workout plan that you follow week after week, but this also means editing that schedule so that you have a slightly different workout plan every week for each month. Let me explain this. So you need to have a set workout plan to follow right? But, I also said you need to have different routines to follow every week for each month right? Now I know wit sounds confusing but let me explain. You need to plan your workout schedule so that its consistent every month but varies every week for that month. For example, if Im going to set a workout schedule for January, Id have one workout routine for the first week, another for the second week, another for the third, and another for the last week. Now, although that schedule varies every month, its going to stay the same every month and youre going to follow that exact same program every month. Yes, it varies every week but youre keeping it the same every month. What this does is mixes up your workouts to confuse your muscles and develop muscle faster. which will destroy body fat increasingly. Maximize your results and follow a workout plan that changes every week, it will do wonders. Don't ignore tips from friends My friends or workout buddies are the ones who have helped me most along with my Ultimate Six Pack Program. I have obtained so much information from them and have learned countless new tips (I still am) that have changed how fast I get results.

FRIENDS ARE A MUST WITH WORKOUTS


Basically, theyve helped me increase my results just by giving me helpful tips that really work. I suggest you do the same thing and take advice. Maybe even take notes of the advice youre given so you can try some trial and error to see what works best. Dont ignore what youre friends tell you, but take the time to listen to them. Now, if they have no idea what theyre talking about and you know they dont, then just continue with what you know works best. I know many of us get used to what we know works best and dont take the time to listen to powerful tips were given by friends because we feel as if we know all we need. This is absolutely false. You have to drop your pride and accept that someone really might have some tips that work much better than yours. Its easy to do, but powerful for your results. Trust me, Ive been through it and I know that learning new things from friends really changes things. Don't focus on one abdominal muscle group When you workout your abdominals it is crucial to balance out your exercises to target your entire stomach, not just one part. Many people dont realize theyre only working out a certain abdominal muscle group until they notice that their upper abdominals are more toned than their lower. They wonder what theyre doing wrong and dont know that their exercises are targeting only one muscle group. If you want a balanced, toned stomach, you need to be sure you balance out your exercises and hit all of your abdominals. Heres the way I do it. I perform two exercises that target my upper abs, two that target my obliques, and then two that target my obliques. This is how I am sure my entire stomach is getting a powerful workout and Im balancing out my exercises. Now there are other ways to be sure youre balancing out exercises the right way, but I prefer this way because it becomes habit. Don't over exhaust yourself I know I consistently tell you to push yourself until you cant go anymore, but there is a point where you need to draw the line. If youre about to collapse from exhaustion and know that youre body cant take anymore at all, you need to drop your pride and stop and take a break. I know this may be hard but its better to take a break so you can push yourself harder the next round, as opposed to collapsing on the floor. Now when I say push yourself to your limits, this means really pushing yourself until you cant go anymore, in a smart way. Be smart about pushing yourself to your limits, and study yourself so you know when you really have had enough or when you can go harder.

SLEEP IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT


Don't have bad sleep habits Sleep is extremely crucial to any fitness plan, regardless of your goals and body type. Heres some quick information thatll help you understand. When you sleep, youre allowing your body to rest and recover from your workouts and youre also determining how youre body deals with abdominal fat based on your sleep habits. Cortisol is a hormone produced whenever your body is under too much stress and is the cause of the build up of abdominal fat. When you dont get enough sleep, youre body treats it as stress and produces excess cortisol to resolve this problem. This stores excess fat especially in your abdominal area, and is one of the main reasons you cant get rid of abdominal fat. If you get good sleep though, you wont be under stress and your body wont produce that excess Cortisol that stores fat. Get good sleep and youll see differences in your energy, fat loss, and overall health. Don't kick herbs and supplements out of your program Have you ever tried supplements and herbs? Now Im not referring to steroids or any other kind of enhanced drugs, but Im referring to all-natural herbs that come straight from mother nature herself. The herbs and supplements I am referring to havent been tampered with by the hands of man and actually contain certain key elements that help your body. Herbs and supplements can do massive things for your fitness plan regardless of your goals of body type. Dont believe me? Look right here. Don't listen to any ridicule you receive from others The fact is, youre going to get ridicule in everything you do. When you succeed and people notice it, there will be that hand full of people that are jealous (but wont admit it) and take out their jealousy by mocking you. This is going to happen and theres nothing you can do but shut them up by working even harder and showing them why you get such amazing results. I know the ridicule can get to you sometimes but just block it out and focus on the goals YOU want to achieve. Dont focus on what others say but rather take their words and use that to light a fire for your workouts. Youll always receive feedback and many people fall into that negativity and give up with their fitness plans.

SWITCH UP EXERCISES TO SUCCEED


Dont be like those people, but rather turn that ridicule around and make it work for you in a good way. Don't forget to rest during the week I know it can be hard to listen to your body when you have a set goal in mind, especially when you have all the willpower in the world to achieve those goals. My advice for you is to take the time to rest at least once out of the week, and use that time not only as time for your body to recover but also as time to think about your goals and what extra things you can do reach those goals faster. I know rest seems like its just an excuse to get out of your workouts, but your body really does need rest one day out of the week to recover. That rest time is not only used to help your body recover but to build muscle from the previous days also. You also need to regain that lost energy from your last few days of working out, so a rest day is absolutely required if you want to have energy to push yourself for the following workouts. Follow this advice and youll see why I recommend a rest period during your week. Don't forget to switch up exercises Did you know when you switch up your exercises youre maximizing your workout results? Switching up exercises is optimal for any Fitness Plan no matter what youre goals may be. This prevents your body from becoming immune to exercises because your workout becomes second nature when you perform the same exercises everyday, every week, every month. You dont want your muscles to become somewhat immune to your exercises, because this decreases fat loss, muscle development, or whatever other goal you may be trying to accomplish. I suggest you have a set plan every month, but have a different workout plan for every week of those months. This might include having a different workout for each week of every month or having a different workout for each two weeks of every month. Whatever your preference may be, be sure to switch up your exercises to maximize your results and reach your goals much faster. Don't forget to research to further knowledge of getting abs Furthering your knowledge and discovering new tips and pointers to further your results is one of the most important elements to success. If you dont know how to reach your goals or what is needed to speed up your results, then how are you supposed to succeed with your Fitness Plan? It is extremely vital to research deeply whatever it is you are trying to achieve, because with knowledge comes much faster results. knowledge because their is so much junk out there that no one knows what is real anymore. Heres an example of researching to further your success and optimize your results with any fitness plan. Lets say your goal is to destroy that abdominal fat you have, and replace it with solid, permanent six pack muscle. To push yourself to reach success and discover new things, you would research things like specific abdominal muscle groups, certain hormones linked to body fat, and even key muscle building tips to get rid of fat. To take it a step further, research key points that branch off from those three main points. This would include going deeper into specific abdominal muscle groups by researching how to build specific abdominal muscle, which exercises target those specific muscle groups, and even common mistakes that prevent abdominal muscle development. Reaching your Fitness Goals can be extremely easy if you really dedicate yourself and put the necessary time into it to discover what it takes to increase your results. Pure dedication is what separates those individuals that quit and those individuals that push through to the end no matter what road blocks they come across along their path to Six Pack Abs. Don't try to solve problems yourself that you run into Pride has always been an issue for me, and that pride is what becomes the downfall of me most of the time. Now what does pride have to do with problem solving? There is a difference between trying to solve a problem when its possible and trying to solve a problem when you simply cant. When you come across a problem that you cant solve, drop your pride, get help from others, and study how they solve the problem for your future use. Now its pride that keeps us from asking others for help or finding help from others sources like the internet or helpful books. For example, lets say you get stuck at some new ab exercise you just heard about, and decide to try it for yourself. You know you arent doing it right but you figure that its close enough to do at least something good for you. Even though you know its wrong, your pride gets in the way of you asking for help or advice. By performing this exercise wrong you could be injuring yourself by straining any of your muscles, you could be receiving no results simply because youre doing it with terrible form, or you could be working a totally different muscle than you think you are. This is why I want to stress the importance of problem solving when you simply dont have the knowledge to solve it. Drop your pride, ask for assistance and continue on with your Fitness Plan instead of getting stuck at that road block for so long. Remember knowledge is key to success.

BE SMART WITH YOUR MONEY


Don't spend money you don't need to This is a simple tip for life in general and is completely applicable to any Fitness Program. I dont care how informing or persuasive that infomercial can be, you hold that wallet and bind it with chains if you have to. Don't forget to maximize exercises when they become too easy When you notice exercises become somewhat easy for you, its time to make some changes. It is very possible that the effectiveness of an exercises may drop and there are a couple of reasons this can happen. First, your body may become somewhat immune to certain exercises as you increase the amount you perform them on a weekly basis. When this happens, it might be time to add some weight to increase the power of that exercise or if you already use weight, increase it. Second, it may be time to switch to an entirely new routine to pull the old switcha-roo on your muscles. When your muscles adapt to a certain exercise, they dont work as hard and there isnt as much muscle being developed because of that adaptability. This is why you switch to a new workout to really push your muscles and develop them further to increase your results. So, the main point is to maximize your exercises in any way you can when you feel as if they become too easy. Don't forget to focus on what success you do receive Ive noticed (even with myself) that many individuals look at the glass as halfempty instead of looking at it as half-full. When you only take notice of your mistakes and failures, you leave no room to applaud yourself for what positive things youve accomplished. This can turn into low selfconfidence and eventually can cause you to lose all your drive to reach those goals youve set into place. Dont look at the negative side of things, but always aim to look at all the good things that come out of situations. I know it can be hard and it sucks when you feel like youve only produced failure. For example, when you fail, look at it this way, youre learning through failure to avoid the same mistakes youve made so you can teach others the way you do it. My challenge for you is to always look at the good things and stay positive in all that you do. You wont just see an increase in your results, but youll see a dramatic increase in your overall outlook on life and ability to stay optimistic in tough situations. Don't forget to mix up workouts Why would anyone want to mix up workouts when that ONE specific workout works so good? When you switch up workouts every week or even every other week, youre getting 70% better results than you would if you performed the same workout continuously. Im all about helping people by blessing them with the real knowledge that works, and I never put out information until Ive personally seen results with it. weekly basis, but keep that program the same every month. All you do is have four different routines for the month and keep that consistent each month but still keep that weekly routine switch-up. Believe me, this really works and I urge you to set this into place as soon as youre done reading this. Go maximize your results and decrease your workout time! Don't focus on the small picture but look at the big picture There will be numerous times when you feel as if nothing you do is worth it. How do I know youll go through this? Because Ive been there and Ive struggled with the same thing (I still do). When you feel like your dieting or exercises just arent helping you reach those goals, it can be tough to keep pushing through because you want to succeed and get instant results right? Well look at it this way. You arent going to get instant results right away, its going to take time no matter how hard you work or how consistent you are with your dieting and workouts. Obtaining a toned, flat stomach takes time and is a continuous process that requires you to slowly work up to that successful point. Dont get so down on yourself when you arent seeing instant results because all of that work and persistence will be worth it when you finally reach your Fitness Goals. I look at it this way. Without the small workouts and dieting we do, we wouldnt be able to see the big picture in the end that requires that commitment along the way. Dont look at the little things youre doing but remember the true goal that youre working toward by getting through the smaller things. Don't workout alone I absolutely hate working out alone ever since I got a workout buddy. I was always the kind of guy that thought I could get it done myself and needed no one to help me achieve my goals. Now that I have a workout buddy and see the incredible things that are possible, I realize how wrong I was. Workout partners can benefit you in so many ways, and in return you benefit them as well. You both are working toward those fitness goals and you can both help each other in numerous ways. Heres just a small list of benefits of having a workout buddy: 1) You can push each other to exhaustion and achieve certain goals you couldnt reach without each other 2) You can spot each other when using heavy weights and keep each other from getting hurt 3) You become more knowledgable and discover new, insightful tips from each other that can maximize your results dramatically 4) You can be competitive and make it a competition to reach certain goals, which will increase your drive to work harder than you ever thought

5) You can have someone to share your results with and receive positive feedback to help you gain selfconfidence or negative feedback to help you make positive changes that are beneficial to you. However you look at it, you absolutely need a workout partner and your Fitness Plan will seem so much more easier to succeed with. Don't not have a reason to push yourself Why do you want to push yourself? What drives you to work your body to complete exhaustion? What is that one goal in the back of your mind that comes to the front whenever you need that extra boost of energy to finish that last exercise? Whatever your goal may be, I want you to write it down on a sticky note and place it somewhere you come across at least twice a day. I personally do this, and though it may seem small and useless, the benefits are matchless.

If theres one thing I want you to get out of this entire ebook its that you never shouldnt have a goal. That one goal is your entire reason for all that you do and is the one thing that should always be in the back of your mind. When youre finishing up that one exercise or youre about to complete that last mile, what thought pops in your head and actually pushes you to work harder? Don't go for the newest hottest workout How many Fitness Programs come out every year, claiming that theyre the one program that will change your life permanently? I personally think its a million. There are so many new workouts and weird new programs coming out each year that catch so many peoples attention with eyepopping graphics and unheard of methods. It drives me crazy because these new workouts drive people away from the basics and place all of their focus on these made-up methods that are nothing more than a fake concept. Yes, there are some programs that are actually beneficial and really can help you, but my advice to you is to research these workouts for yourself, look beyond the paid testimonials, and dig deep to find the core benefits of these new methods. The may help you or they may be nothing more than a spin-off of the last crazed workout.

STAY CLEAR OF NEW WORKOUTS


Research and find out for yourself before you make the decision to try new and improved workouts. What Ive found is that most of the time, basic abdominal exercises can help you reach your goals just as fast as any of these new programs and workouts. Be cautious and remember you can always get all you need here. Don't buy abdominal fitness products like the Ab Rocket What will an abdominal product do for you? My answer, simply nothing. Dont give your money to these scammers and allow them to take advantage of you. Think before you act and maybe even do a bit of research on the products before you even consider purchasing any product. In my opinion, there is no reason to buy any kind of abdominal equipment when you can perform Ultimate Exercises right here at absolutely no cost. There are exceptions to abdominal products because I personally use two pieces products that give me insane results. However, I wouldnt categorize them as abdominal products but would rather call them optional equipment. These two pieces of equipment are an exercise ball and a workout-band machine called the bowflex. These arent absolutely necessary, but I personally integrate these two elements into my Ultimate Six Pack Plan just to switch things up. The reason I dont categorize these are abdominal products is because I dont rely on them to give me results and my main way to success is by performing simple abdominal workouts that you can find right here. Simple ab exercises will get you the same results, and maybe even better results, than any abdominal product youll find on the market. I dont care how many testimonies there are and how many lives have been changed. Look beyond the fake testimonials, put your wallet away, and get back to the old fashioned Ultimate Six Pack Workouts. Remember that those products were made by the hands of man, which means theres bound to be some kind of flaw. With exercises, you wont find flaws unless you decide to perform them wrong. Don't lose sight of what's important Yes, reaching your Fitness Goal is extremely important and it is one of your top priorities. However, dont make it your to priority, and forget whats really important. Dont lose sight of your family, friends and even work, which does come before workouts (I recently discovered this). When you lose sight of the important things in life, you let your workouts and Fitness Plan control you and turn you into a monster. Your life then revolves around workouts, exercising, and permanent dieting. That doesnt sound too bad though, right?

KEEP IN MIND YOU DONT GET INSTANT RESULTS


Wrong, once your Fitness Plan takes takes control of your life, youll seem to forget that one goal you were trying to reach and instead, go for never-ending goals that build upon each other. So, once you reach one goal you remain unsatisfied and go for the next best goal, and it goes on continuously. Your friends and family wont like the person youve become and your Fitness Plan will become your entire life. Yes, obtaining that toned stomach is important, but drop your weights for a couple of days to go to Disneyland, and spend that time with your daughter that youll be thankful you didnt miss. Priorities my friend. Don't forget we're here to improve ourselves and get better not instantly With any Fitness Plan, especially the Ultimate Six Pack Plan, there is always going to be a long period of working hard that seems to produce no results. You feel as if youre working as hard as you can but youre not getting any stronger than you were last week. Dont freak out and quit your Fitness Program, because many people do this. Remember that youre going to improve over time and not right away. What would be the point of goals if we didnt have to work toward them and improve ourselves along the way. When you feel like you can improve instantly, you set yourself up for failure, which will end up setting you up to quit your entire Fitness Plan. Dont worry if you arent seeing instant results, no one does. It doesnt matter how many Ultimate Tips and Ultimate Workouts you have, your success is based upon the work you put into it. Don't forget to breathe correctly I know this must sound like the worst tip in the world, but honestly I still struggle with this on a daily basis. Breathing properly allows for correct blood flow and allows consistent oxygen to flow to your muscles. When your muscles have no oxygen, you cant perform as well and you cant push yourself to your limit. Now when your muscles have consistent oxygen, they can perform at their highest peak and receive results much faster. What does correct breathing look like though? For example, lets say your benching a certain amount of weight and working your chest. As the weight comes down onto your chest, you should be breathing in slowly and methodically; not a huge intake of oxygen. Now when you push the weight back up, you should be letting your breath out slowly and methodically as if youre oxygen is flowing out at the same speed the weight is rising up. Again, youre not exploding the oxygen out, but slowly allowing it to pass fro your lungs. Breathing is huge to success and whether youre looking to build muscle or destroy fat, you need to breathe properly during every exercise. Breathing wrong can also cause you to hold your breath unknowingly, you dont want to pass out..do you?

BE SURE YOUR FORM IS CORRECT


Don't forget to double check your form in your exercises Form is everything. Have you ever heard that tag line anywhere before? Well, its completely true for workouts and you need to drill that into your head if you want fast success. When you perform an exercise with the wrong form, you could be doing one of three things. You may be hurting yourself or straining a certain muscle. You possibly could be getting absolutely no workout for your desired muscle group because your form is so bad. Last, you could be both hurting yourself and receiving no workout. That sounds terrible. This is why form is extremely important for every exercise you perform. I dont care if its simple jogging, you may be forgetting something as simple as moving your arms up and down as you run. Whatever the case may be, check your form and make the proper adjustments so you really are getting a highquality workout. If you want to see proper form for any abdominal exercise look right here. Don't forget to change your diet Can a diet really help you lose body fat and gain muscle? The answer is yes. Everything starts within your body and your success is based upon the kind of environment you set up within your body. Ive found that you can workout as hard as you want, but you wont see real results until you deal with the problem stirring within your body first. Don't go through workouts without the right protein Whether you are aiming to lose tons of body fat or gain tons of muscle, you need some kind of healthy, allnatural protein to assist you in reaching your goals. Protein is vital to any Fitness Plan for many different reasons. 1) It provides you with the allnatural protein your body requires on a daily basis 2) It provides amino acids that increase muscle development both before and after workouts 3) Replaces the junk you could be placing in your body if you didnt have optimal protein 4) Fills hunger and helps destroy fat instead of store it, for those aiming to lose body fat 5) Replenishes what key elements your body loses during workouts (amino acids, healthy fats, etc.)

Dont reach too high, but Push yourself by taking on advanced workouts Do you want to settle for the average body? Im guessing NO. You wouldnt be pursuing goals and following a Fitness Plan if you were just looking to settle for average. I know you arent looking to settle thought, and Im not looking to provide average information that most people know. So, if youre not looking to settle for the average body, it wouldnt make sense to settle for the average exercises right? Abdominal workouts are your primary key to a toned stomach but you also have a healthy diet, exercising, mental preparation, and assistance from outside sources like friends. Exercising and dieting are the other two main components and combined with abdominal workouts, they can be your full force in the battle for abs. Dont rely completely on ab workouts to get you the chiseled stomach you want, but place your faith in your diet and cardio exercises as well. Cardio will work with abdominal workouts to destroy your body fat and will allow for easier six pack development. Dieting will deal with the problem inside your body (internal environment) and provide a clean, healthy environment that promotes fat fat loss and muscle development. So, again I say, Dont rely only on ab workouts. You do not want to make this mistake if you want to reach your goals. Don't underestimate the power of a workout playlist What kind of music do you listen to when you workout? Do you even listen to music when you exercise? If not, I highly recommend you start listening to music during your workouts and exercise routines. Music can have huge effects on people and can determine how hard we work. Whatever kind of music pumps you up and gives you that extra drive to work harder, I suggest you use that during your workouts. Compose a powerful playlist that consists of the kind of music that you know pumps you up. Music can do crazy things for us and if you dont believe me, go ahead and try it. Ive found that I work 10 times harder when I have music that has the pump up effect on me. Dont go for the kind of music you listen to when you fall asleep, but take the time to discover what kind of music really can help you push yourself to your limits during routines. Everyone is different with music, so your pump up music may just consist of the Classic genre. It sounds crazy, but youd be surprised. Don't perform more nonweighted exercises than weighted exercises Why do we even perform non-weighted exercises if weighted exercises give us much better results? Well, from what Iv discovered, youre always going to need both nonweighted and weighted exercises to have a healthy balance of exercises. Yes, you need to have a good amount of non-weighted exercises, but you need to perform more weighted exercises to really reach your Fitness Goals, whatever they may be. Weighted exercises consist of weights, as the name implies, and are extremely powerful.

SAVE YOUR BACK WITH AN EXERCISE MAT


When you perform normal ab exercises, your abs are getting a good workout. Now, when you level up your exercises and add some weight (the appropriate way), those exercises become much more beneficial to you. Why? Youre gaining more muscle in a faster way because your body is working much harder than it usually does. Now, when you build more muscle, youre naturally destroying body fat because muscle is a natural fatdestroyer. Whether youre looking to gain permanent muscle or lose body fat, weighted exercises will help you reach your goals much faster. I highly suggest you start implementing more weighted exercises and try to make non-weighted exercises less of a priority. Youll see a drastic difference in your results if you do this. Dont not use a mat Hard ground is terrible for ab workouts, its that simple. When you perform your normal routine and lay on your back for most of your exercises, you dont want to be lying down on something like cement, hard-wood floor, or even some hard carpeting. This hard ground places too much stress on your back and can cause multiple injuries if you arent careful. Performing certain exercises that consist of rolling on your spine, are the most dangerous to do on these kind of hard floors. Not only will you hurt your back and spine, but you lose the drive to push through exercises because you feel sharp pain during every repetition. This is why I say you require a mat. An exercise mat can change the way you perform exercises if youve been using hard ground for your workouts. The padding will support your back much better, prevent injuries, and can even increase your results. How does it increase your results? It causes your abs to work much harder because your body is naturally sunk into the mat, and it takes that extra strength to raise your body up out of the soft padding. There are so many benefits to an exercise mat, but the main thing is safety. Yes, were aiming to work extremely hard, but be smart about how hard you work and make the proper adjustments to gain better results. Don't ignore flexibility training Flexibility is very important. Youd never think flexibility is important for building muscle or losing body fat but it plays a key role in both of those. The way your body performs during workouts and exercise routines can all fall on your flexibility. If you dont stretch before workouts, you can injure yourself or your muscles wont receive the maximum results, which means youre losing precious results. On the other hand, if you dont stretch out after workouts, you arent treating your muscles right and they wont recover as fast. When you stretch after workouts you are helping your muscles to recover faster and this will prevent soreness the next day for

POSTURE IS VITAL TO SUCCESS


for workouts (or minimize it). Also, daily flexibility training will improve your flexibility, which will allows for your muscles to work harder and reach new limits. If you dont believe me, just try it for yourself. Flexibility is something I never really cared about but now I see how much of a difference it can really make. I could go over hundred of benefits, but I think I got the point across to you. Don't blow off your posture Did you know proper posture can mean abdominal fat loss? Yes, something as simple as posture really does play a key role in the way your body deals with abdominal fat. Now this tip is for those looking to lose body fat, but proper posture is important for anyone with different goals. When you have a straight back and sit up properly, you dont have that pot-belly appearance and you can prevent abdominal fat from being so noticeable. When you slouch you have that sort of fat appearance in your belly that can easily be avoided if you change your posture. You may not think posture is all that important but you do more than just gain a leaner belly appearance. You strengthen your back and when your back becomes stronger, youll see improvements in all kinds of different areas including workouts. Most exercises rely on your back strength to maintain proper form and posture, so why not naturally improve that posture every minute of the day? This is basically like a free tip because its so easy to implement, but makes a huge difference in many areas of your Fitness Plan. Don't work out more than 5 times a week Youre probably thinking, Wait, dont you get better results the more you workout during the week? The answer is no. You are doing nothing more for your body because your body and muscles reach a certain peak where they wont develop or increase as much as they usually do. Your body requires a maximum of 5 workout days a week and once you pass that margin, you really arent doing much for your body except causing stress to it. Yes, youd think the more you workout and exercise, the faster youll receive results, but there is a point where you do have to draw the line and realize that your body requires rest. My recommendation, dont workout more than 5 times a week. That fifth workout should be the maximum and you shouldnt aim to workout anymore than that. I personally do this, and I still gain just as good results as if I did workout more than 5 times a week.

KEEP TRACK OF YOUR SUCCESS


Don't EVER drink energy drinks like Monsters I want to get this ingrained into your brain, energy drinks hurt you. Its that simple. Those energy drinks like monsters, red bulls, and rock stars are going to do nothing for you in the long run except cause problems. You may feel like you really do get a blast of energy during your workouts from energy drinks but in the long run youll just crash and have much less energy that when you started out. I really care about you getting results and reaching your goals so I want to stress the importance of avoiding energy drinks. That little blast of energy you may get from energy drinks will just cause internal problems for you and damage your body in the long run. Your best bet is to go for allnatural herbs or supplements that provide permanent, sustainable energy. You can check out these herbs and supplements right here. Also, when I say not to drink energy drinks during workouts, I mean before, after, or anytime at all in general. Energy drinks are meant to supply you with fake energy and wont do anything good for you in the long run. Do your body a favor and stick with good old fashioned water or natural energy supplements and herbs. Don't forget to keep track of your stats and goals Keeping track of your results and your success is extremely important for any Fitness Program. When you keep track of your stats and results, you can always see where youre at and make the necessary changes if youre doing something wrong. With stats tracking, you can see where you need improvement or where youre doing great, and either make the necessary changes or take note of what youre doing right for future use. Keeping track of your stats and results also give you encouragement that your Fitness Program is worth while, and you wont find any reason to quit. Many people feel as if they arent seeing any results and they decide to quit since its not worth it. Let me tell you these are the kind of individuals that dont keep track of their results and dont realize what good things theyre getting out of their program. If you really keep track of your results and take a look at it every week or so, youll notice how good youre doing and really see how your whole Fitness Program is worth it. Plus, you can see how close you are to reaching your goal, and make the necessary changes to reach that goal faster. Don't forget to perform yoga routines Yoga will sound like a joke to most people, and I understand. When I first was prompted by a good friend to add some yoga to my Ultimate Six Pack Program I thought it was a complete joke.

INCREASE YOUR WEIGHT COMFORTABLY


What can some simple stretches and exercises do for someone looking to gain muscle or lose body fat? Well, its simple. Yoga really does produce results because youre pushing your body in a way that causes it to feel as if its being stretched to its limits. Also, the calm, serene feeling you receive from yoga takes away the stress you feel on a daily basis, and stress is the main cause of fat build up for most individuals. So with yoga youre relieving stress, stretching muscles youve never even stretched before, and optimize your results by doing something new for your body. Don't forget to increase your weight on a weekly basis This isnt for everyone, but I want to clarify the importance of this tip for those of you who want fast results. If you perform weighted exercises and have a set weight that you use for each exercise, you should think about increasing the weight on a weekly (even bi-weekly) basis. By increasing the weight consistently, youre slowly increasing your results even more by never allowing your body to get comfortable with a certain weight. Plus, when you add more weight, your causing your body to work harder, produce more muscle, and increase fat destruction. There are so many benefits you gain by increasing your weight on a consistent basis and its important to always push your body to its limit if you really want to see major changes in your body. I recommend you workout right now, increase the weights at a comfortable change, and watch as you see a dramatic improvement. Don't forget to increase your back workouts Why is your back one of the primary muscles to developing a flat, toned stomach? Your back pays a key role in fat destruction and the way your body deals with abdominal muscle development. When you workout your back you naturally improve your posture and your ability to hold in your stomach (regardless of body type). With a strong back, you increase your ability to push your abs to their limit during workouts, therefore increasing fat destruction. Working out your back on a consistent basis can do incredible things for your Fitness Program, so I suggest if youre going to work one muscle other than your abs, make it your back. Don't forget to punch your abdominals Workout, diet right, and punch your abs? Yes, punch those abs. It may sound insanely dumb, but believe me I do this every day and it is my main core workout. By punching your abdominals youre developing much more muscle than you would during normal abdominal exercises. This is because your abs dont have time to recover fast enough every time a punch is landed, which causes your stomach to increase muscle development in order to maintain a protective core. Also, having someone else punch your abs for you is much better than doing it yourself.

When you do it yourself, you have time to endure the punches because you know exactly when those punches are gonna impact your stomach. Now, when your friend or workout buddy does it for you, you dont have time to react fast enough to endure each and every punch, because you dont know where, or how fast theyll punch you. This dramatically increases muscle development all around your core and promotes fast fat loss. If youre aiming to lose abdominal fat, think of it like this: you, or your buddy, are punching off the fat from your stomach with every punch, and its very true.

Muscle development increase fat loss because that muscle will overrun the fat. Punch your abs to develop much more permanent muscle, and if you dont believe me, go try it right now. It may sound crazy but I promise youll see dramatic changes in your stomach if you consistently do this. Abdominal punching is much more effective than normal abdominal exercises, but those are still good for you as well.

Greetings, my name is Jason Camacho. No, thats a terrible introduction,.sorry were not boring here at Ultimate Abdominals. Yes, I am the 19 year old mind behind Ultimate Abdominals, but I am also the author of this ebook you just nished. Hopefully you got a lot out of this ebook because it took me pretty long to put this beauty together. Now I know there are several pictures throughout this ebook of me, and yes, I know Im not the most ripped guy on earth. So what could a young college student like me know about obtaining six pack abs? Well, for starters I am at least developing that toned stomach, so I guess Im one step closer to having that chiseled stomach all of those bodybuilders do out there. No, honestly I know I dont have that bodybuilder kind of stomach, but I am aiming to reach that goal. Now back to my expertise in the area of Six Pack Abs. I spent two years going through numerous six pack abs programs that I thought would really benet me the way I wanted, but none of them seemed to get me where I wanted. During my rst year of college I noticed there were so many people that wanted to get that model body, but they didnt know how. The problem was neither did I. Now, ever since I was 6 years old Ive had a muscular stomach (not six pack abs), and what this means was that I was naturally t & skinny. This means I never really had to do much to maintain a at, somewhat toned stomach. But this wasnt enough for me, I wanted more than just the average at stomach. I wanted to be like those insanely chiseled, bu guys you see on t.v. with a six pack that could eat your tiny stomach for breakfast. I wanted to push myself to my limit to achieve this. So, I began working out and taking various abdominal exercises from dierent friends. I gured, I could get those chiseled abs as long as I worked them out everyday right? Nope, I was wrong. I didnt understand why there was no distinguishable dierence. So, I researched constantly for the next year just learning new things about muscle development and fat loss, and mainly why I wasnt able to see any dierence in my stomach from the insane ab workouts my friends showed me. Now, almost two years later, Im barely putting all of that research together into an organized, outlined program to developing perfect six pack abs.
