Women Entrepreneurship matters. Not only because social entrepreneurship is challenging the glass ceiling for women and provides an opportunity for gender equality. In fact, it is an economic issue that affects everyone, as entrepreneurship is key to economic development through job and value creation, and social entrepreneurship provides sustainable solutions to societies most pressing social and environmental challenges. Spark:Hers mission is to inspire, incubate and accelerate high-potential women social entrepreneurs. As part of the program Spark:Her supports women entrepreneurs at the early stages of starting a social enterprise through a oneyear incubator. What makes this incubator unique is its focus on women, social enterprise, and its team approach, in addition to the traditional incubator components of training and access to networks and information resources.

PROGRAM

The 1-year program consists of an intense 10-week incubator to equip ambitious women with the tools, knowledge and network to validate and launch their social enterprises. It is complemented by 8-month of ongoing mentoring, workshops and a growing peer-support group of Alumna and social entrepreneurs. 10 Women social entrepreneurs Will build their impactful social enterprises together. + Weekly Practitioner-led sessions Expert-led workshops and case studies presented by social entrepreneurs who have-done-that-beenthere.

+ Mentorship + Coaching Experienced experts support participants as mentors to validate their business idea and assembling their Empower women to business plan. Certied coaches will support each participants in making the transition towards overcome barriers to success incl. lack of entrepreneurship. network access, + Field visits Participants visit successful social enterprises to learn from practitioners in the eld. + Network Participants access FYSEs network of entrepreneurs and individuals who can propel their ventures to new heights.
