Managing the development and implementation of the membership element of the annual program plan including recruitment, retention, and reengagement based on the strategic goals of the organization. Providing strategic leadership for the associations membership programs, including building relationships with, between and among regional partners, the manager is also responsible for the development of new member benefits and services, and collaborates with the Communications and Senior Programs Manager in the development of targeted membership communication pieces. Education:

MBA (Marketing) or PG in Computer Science with 3 to 4 years of Internet Marketing or Academic or Institution Development experience Or, A Bachelors degree from an accredited institution Minimum 3-4 years experience in association management Computer Literate, Years of Direct Marketing background will be an added qualification. Well conversant in written & spoken English. Minimum 3 years progressive membership recruitment and retention experience (5 years preferred) Demonstrated track record in the development, management and execution of integrated and impactful membership recruitment, retention and reengagement strategies Proven experience in building and enhancing programs and services which improve satisfaction and/or demonstrate growth in target membership categories

Roles and responsibilities: Implement the membership program development plan, create & construct academic modules and course outlines, manage departmental resources, set workflow priorities To hold regular departmental progress meetings and circulate progress reports on activity against targets e.g. growth projections, campaign effectiveness, response timescales for membership inquiries, etc. To anticipate problems and adjust the allocation of resources accordingly To contribute to the membership development plan and review all departmental activities with the Development & Membership Manager and Founder, Executive Director that includes:

This position brings together various online & offline marketing activities into one role and requires a candidate with a varied skills set and flexible attitude. As online executive officer and reporting into the Development Manager you will drive online marketing initiatives, including e-marketing, paid search, online advertising and social media. A digitally-savvy candidate, you will also be required to support the two other online executives on other marketing activities as required. Manage the development and launch of display advertisements. They must ensure all assets have been collected, ads have been scheduled, and that analytics are in place for tracking traffic. They must oversee the creation and sending of email campaigns. They oversee pay per click campaigns and may conduct keyword research, write advertisement copy and coordinate pricing. They optimize web content for natural search engine friendliness. They also create social media strategies to drive traffic and establish interaction. They collect campaign results in reports to analyze and make recommendations for improvements for future campaigns.
