2. Feasibility Study and Detail Engineering for New Flare Stack at Sui Field Gas Compressor Station, Sui, Pakistan. In this project I performed following jobs: Preparation of Feasibility Report Presenting the Feasible locations for relocation and installation of Flare Stack to a new location in front of PPL high management. Preparing Cost Estimates for the Project. Project Scheduling using MS-Project. Preparation of List of Deliverables and Index of Documents. Preparation of technical/ construction specifications. Development of Equipment Plot Plans and Piping Layouts. Verification of P&IDs, Datasheets and Specifications as per clients requirement. 3. New HSD Decanting Facility at PSO Zulfiqarabad Oil Terminal, Karachi. In this project I performed following jobs: Preparation of Tender Documents. Preparation of BOM / Material Take-off. 4. Stress Analysis of Acetic Acid Line from De-gasser to Solvent Dehydration Column, Lotte PPTA, Karachi. In this project I performed following jobs: Preparation of Stress Analysis Report. Stress Analysis of Acetic Acid Line using CAESAR-II. Optimizing and checking the adequacy of existing piping supports. Design of Spring Support. Recommendations of modifications where necessary after stress analysis. Site Visits and Meetings at PPTA site, Port Qasim, Karachi.

5. Third Party Inspection for Haseeb Gas Field, Shikarpur. In this project I performed following jobs: Review of P&IDs and Datasheets. Examining the Plant Piping with respect to P&IDs. Evaluating Plant Layout with respect to Safety Considerations. Examining the thickness of Vessels, HX and Piping as per design requirements at site.

6. Detail Engineering for Miscellaneous Power Plant Projects, Orient Energy Systems In this project I performed following jobs: Preparation of BOM / Material Take-off. Hydraulic Analysis of the System. Preparation of Specifications related to the project. Development of Equipment P&IDs, Plot Plan and Piping Layouts. Coordination with other engineering disciplines related to the project.

B. Major Projects/Jobs as Mechanical Design Engineer 1. Miscellaneous Engineering and Design Works for Byco Oil Pakistan Limited, Hub, Pakistan. In this project I performed following jobs: Development of Utilities and Product interface piping of Amine Recovery and Sulfur Recovery Unit. Development of all utilities and product interface piping layout, details, isometrics on Main Pipe Rack. Development of Firewater and Foam System Piping layouts, isometric details, support layout / details piping specifications etc. Stress Analysis of Blow down Header, Cooling Water Header, High Pressure Steam and Condensate lines and all critical piping using CAESAR-II. Preparation of Bill of Material and Bill of Quantity.

2. Detail Engineering of OOTCL Oil Terminal at Machike, Pakistan. In this project I performed following jobs: Stress Analysis of Pipeline from PARCO to OOTCL Oil Terminal. Development of Plan and Profile Drawings. Anchor Block Sizing.

3. Block 3 & 4 Development Project (Phase-II), Oman. In this project I performed following jobs: Design of Atmospheric Storage Tanks as per API-650. Development of Tank Fabrication Drawings. Developed Check-sheet for drawings on MS-Excel. Preparation of Nozzle Orientation Details. Preparation of Bill of Material / Bill of Quantity.

4. Detail Engineering of ENAR Petroleum Refining Facility, Manghopir, Karachi. In this project I performed following jobs: Preparation of Stress Analysis Report. Stress Analysis of various critical Process, Offsite and Utility lines using CAESAR-II. Optimizing the piping supports. Coordination with other engineering disciplines related to the project.

5. Design of Steam Recovery Line from Power House GTM-06 to GTM-08, Gul Ahmed, Karachi. In this project I performed following jobs: Piping Layout of Steam and Condensate lines. Stress Analysis of Steam and Condensate Lines using CAESAR-II. Optimizing the piping supports, using the existing pipe rack and existing supports to support new lines. Modification in piping layouts where necessary after stress analysis.
