Dear Mr. Jackson, I have been contacted by John Henry Smith, Attorney-in-fact for BARNEY R RUBBLE, from outside the United States for the purpose of presenting full payment under notary seal in the above-referenced matter and certain tax filings in which you are named as the Recipient of a taxable gain in the amount of One-million Two-hundred Fiftythousand and 00/00 Dollars ($1,250,000.00). In that event, I have been asked to make mention that a corrected 1099-OID will be filed indicating your personal liability for the tax obligation.
