From Dec 2010 with Huawei Telecommunication India Pvt Ltd as a BSS L1 CFM Engineer. Role & Responsibilities:

Working as Shift Lead for Aircel as a AS Engineer in Huawei Gurgaon NOC. Taking care of all the routine activities like Daily, Weekly & Quarterly Healthcheckups of Huawei BSC & M2000 (EMS) tool. Preparing NPR (Network Performance Review), SLA & MIS reports on monthly & represent it to the Management Team.

Having experience of streamlining the no. of faults in BSS nodes.

Preparing L1 FM Tracker & send it to circle team. Preparing BSS Outage Report & send it to circle team for validation. Responsible for closure of TroubleTickets once alarm is cleared so as to minimize the SLAs. Doing alarm clearance activity after raising CR & its approval so as to minimize alarm count. Taking BSC backup & send it to circle team. Execution of CR to reduce the no. of alarm count in the Network. Coordinating with circle team in case of BSC upgrade & Rehoming activities. Handling customer as well as field queries. Handling critical situation very well in case of critical outages.

Responsible for all BSC related activities in Aircel. Diagnosis and trouble shooting of faults generated in BSCs & BTS.

Performed Patch loading and software up gradation in BSC. Coordinating with the customer during technical issues and providing solutions for the same.

Fault management by coordinating with field engineers and Back office.

Daily & weekly Health Checkups for M2000, BSC & RNC.
From June 2009 to Sep 2010 with L & G Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. (Jabalpur) Role & Responsibilities:

Worked as an RF Engineer (Drive Test Engineer). Worked on proper handover, handoff of cell site. Resolving call drop problem. Worked on given KPI report to improve network performance.

Responsible to find problem through DRIVE TEST.
