High School Report Card - no grade lower than 80% in all subjects in fourth year Certificate of Good Moral Character from High School Principal Birth Certificate Transcript of Records and Honorable Dismissal (for Transferees) 2 copies "1x1" picture P350.00 for the admission test

FOR FOREIGN APPLICANTS Admission Requirements:

Pass the Philippine Normal University Admission Test (PNUAT), oral interview and medical examination. A formal letter of application seeking admission to the PNU College of Graduate Studies addressed to the University President. Student Visa Authenticated High School Card Authenticated Police Clearance from country of origin Personal History Statement A computed grade point average equivalent to at least B or 85% in the PNU Grading System 2 copies "1x1" picture Admission test fee
