He is a commerce graduate from Utkal University. He has 11 years of work experience in the field of construction. He has joined our Company in Ap ril, 2005. Before joining our Company, he was associated with M/s Hindustan Cons truction, M/s ARSS Construction Company and M/s ARSS Engineering and Technology. Mr. Anil Agarwal, aged 41 years, is the Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of our Company. He is a commerce graduate from Berhampur University. He has 15 years of work experience in railway and road projects. He has joined our Company on April 1, 2006. Mr. S. K. Singla, aged 46 years, is the Vice President (Project Head) of our Com pany. He is qualified Engineer(B.Tech (Civil). He has 16 years of work experienc e in the field of civil engineering. Before joining our Company, he was working with M/s Hindustan Construction. He has joined our Company on July 1, 2006.

Mr. Jitu Mishra (Vice President-H.R)-Aged 37 years,he is the Group Head of the H uman Resources Department. Backed by a strong experience of over 14 years in com panies of repute like Vedanta Group, Jindal Steel and Power Ltd and NMDC Ltd, he is responsible for all HR functions including Strategic Planning, Manpower Plan ning & Budgeting, Recruitment, PMS, Compensation and Benefits, HR Policies and S ystems and managing employee relations and engagement . Mr. Mishra graduated fro m Utkal University in Bhubaneshwar with a degree in Science and Post Graduate de gree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations. Prior to accepting this position, he was heading Corporate HR in DSC Ltd. Mr. Balvir Singh (Executive Vice President-Northern Region)-Aged 49 years, he he ads the operations of the Northern Region for the Company. Mr. Y Rama Rao, aged 73 years, is Advisor to the Engineering Section of our Comp any. He has 48 years of work experience in the field of Engineering. Before join ing our Company, he has worked as Chief Engineer with the Department of water re sources, Goverment of Orissa. He has joined our Company on April 1, 2007. Mr. Bijay Kumar Sahoo, aged 66 years, is the Chief Engineer(Works) of our Compan y. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Civil and Municipal Engineering from the Unive rsity College of Engineering, Burla. He was previously employed with Government of Orissa as a Senior Inspector, Weight & Measures. He has also worked as a Cons truction Management Expert on a project of "Minor Irrigation in Orissa", Bhubane swar. He was employed as a Senior Manager(Civil) by the Orissa Construction Corp oration Limited. He has joined our Company on Novemeber 7, 2006. Mr. Abhishek Jajoo, aged 27 years, is the Southern Head of our Company. He is a Post Graduate in Commerce from Gujarat University and is a member of the Institu te of Chartered Accountants of India. He has 2 years of work experience in the f ield of finance. He was previously employed with Infosys BPO Limited as a Senior Associate. Mr. Subrata Chaudhary, aged 68 years, is the Senior Track Engineer of our Compan y. He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from West Bengal University. He has b een working in our Company since past two years. He was previously employed with South Eastern Railway as an Assistant Inspector of works. he held various desig nations in the field of Sectional Engineering(P Way). He has joined our Company from December 1, 2005. ARSS HISTORY The company came into being as a Private limited one with name and title ARSS ST ONES PVT LTD (abbreviated as ARSSSPL) in the year 2000 AD duly registered with t he Registrar of Companies Orissa. Within a span of two years i.e. in 2002 we ven tured into the field of construction of Major Bridges on well foundation. The company has proposed to take up high value technical contracts in the entire country and has also negotiated some important contracts for Railways & other i mportant national infrastructure projects. Since then the Company has spread its wings in infrastructure developments. In order to cope with its expansion plans and growth, and to have more transpare ncy in development needing public participation the Company was restructured as a public limited company and renamed as ARSS Infrastructure Projects Ltd. on 3rd April 2006. To keep pace with construction boom in the country, demanding increasing input i n all spheres of infrastructure development, we entered into Joint Venture agree ment with many leading Engineering Construction Companies in India including Gov t. of India undertaking(PSU). The company achieved a turnover of Rs. 312.00 crores within a short period upto 2007-2008 years, due to the determined effort. The turnover increased manifolds during 2008-09 is Rs 628.24 crores and expected to touch turnover of Rs.1000 cro res in 2009-10. The Company has entered into construction of railway tracks, bridges, road & bui ldings etc. in the year 2003-04 in spite of stiff market competition. In the yea r 2006-07 the Company executed Road Construction work under R.D & R & B Division of Goverment of Orissa and Road work of HSCL, RVNL, RITES, and Railways etc. to the client's satisfaction.
