Sandra Kenman has qualifications in education and law and is an experienced teacher, trainer, project manager and writer. Kerri Buttery (nee Schilling) is now doing private consultancy work and can be contacted on kerri.buttery @ optusnet.com.au. Barry Kenman has worked in large accounting firms and has extensive experience in small business management and accounting. Craig Kenman has degrees in accounting and law and provides additional consultancy advice when needed. He has experience in project management and training. Jennifer Tso is the office administration assistant. The Edserve office is centrally located in New Farm, close to the Brisbane CBD. Staff are available to travel.

With the change to the AQTF Standards and Conditions for Registration, Sandra has been busy working with schools to amend documentation and conduct Internal Review meetings. The Workplace Literacy Kit has been revised. Teachers who already use this kit should consider purchasing the new edition. The Teacher's Handbook is now on CD and has over 250 pages of models, answers and assessment tasks. The Additional Activities CD allows students to work even more activities but rather than using paper based materials, students can enter answers electronically. the new Businessactivity book and workbook are now available. Edserve is also writing Event Management Guidelines for AVETRA and VETnetwork Australia. Sandra is providing consultancy services to Edmund Rice Education Australia (Qld) so that schools receive support in implementing VET.
