1. Based on DISC theory, every individual exhibits all the four traits and the personality/behaviour is a combination of all these traits. PPA helps to understand the DISC inter-linkages. 2. PPA takes just 7-8 minutes to complete and can be set up online or administered 'in-person'. 3. PPA is available in 56 different languages, the world over; including various Indian languages. 4. PPA has received a Certificate of Registration from the British Psychological Society (BPS) to confirm that it meets all the psychometric requirements for use as a psychological tool.
