Fejfar and Neothomism, P.C., (PA) Although individual sin can lead a person into Hell, or at least Purgatory, it is clear that Social Sin can do so as well. Social Sin takes place where certain groups, organizations, institutions, political parties, corporations, or governments, conspire to commit sin as a group, typically by acting to deny the individual and natural inherent rights of a person or persons such as Life, Liberty, Pursuit of Happiness, Contract, Property, and Reputation, unjustly, by using immoral, unethical, and or illegal and unjust means. The notion of Social Sin is found in the Old Testament in the Prophetic Book of Isaiah, and others. In Isaiah, God tells us that he does not want any type of animal or human sacrifice, but instead wants Justice in Society through the elimination of poverty, malnutrition, ignorance, sickness. God wants each person to have his or

her or hae Freewill of Liberty or Individual Freedom protected and supported. Following Grotius, Magna Charta, The Declaration of Independence, and the Pennsylvania Constitution of 1776, each person has the natural and inherent right, without exception, to have the individual freedom or liberty to act reasonably. Social Sin takes place when society and groups therein, actively use coercive force and or sophistry, in an attempt to prevent each individual from exercising his or her or hae, individual right of Freewill, Freedom, and Liberty, to act reasonably. When an individual acts reasonably, that person participates in the Logos of Reason of Jesus Christ. As it says in the Gospel of John, In the Beginning was the Logos Jesus Christ, Reason and Logic, and the Logos Jesus Christ was with God the Father, and the Logos Jesus Christ was God the Son, and without the Logos Jesus Christ, nothing came into being. We are also to

exercise the Freedom to act reasonably, by using the cognitive faculty or ability of Practical Wisdom, which is the Wisdom of Jesus Christ the Logos, also known as the Holy Spirit of Divine Wisdom, as described in the Canonical Book of Wisdom found in the Catholic Bible. Those groups who interfere with the individual exercise of reason and practical wisdom by the the individual person, commit the mortal sin of Social Sin. The mortal sin of Social Sin is more serious when the person actively participates in the attempted denial or actual denial of the individual right to act reasonably in the Freedom of Christ, although passive cooperation in such interference is also at least a venial sin. When a Country or Society becomes so involved with the denial of the individual rights of the person, as described above, this becomes grounds for rebellion with in the society or country or group, as well as ground for a Just War against such a Country or Society or Group. Give me Liberty or give me a Just War against the Oppressor Group or Country or Society. And, once again, the Individual Right of Liberty, Property, and Contract all exist and operate in a State of Nature, anterior to the State or any other group.
