What else does the new Growth Incentive Programme offer you? Through the New Leader Programme, your hard work will be rewarded with a New Leader Payment of 1,700/2000 for reaching Platinum level. All Founders Platinum qualifiers will be invited to Disneyland Paris in 2013

Family rewards Do you want to be invited to a spectacular event in a wonderful European destination? In 2013, all qualifiers will be treated to Amway hospitality at Disneyland Paris, together with their children. Make sure that you dont miss this unique opportunity! The qualification criteria for you as a first-time Leadership Training Seminar (LTS) qualifier are simple: you must reach the Founders Platinum qualification and the quarterly personal volume requirement of 600 PPV. Achieve this, and an invitation to the LTS 2013 will be yours. It's not too late for a New Leader Payment As a new Founders Platinum, you will also qualify for another New Leader Payment of 6,700/8,500 for new Founders Platinum. This will give you a total annual income of 9,070/11,350 from the Growth Incentive Programme, in addition to your regular monthly bonuses earned, based on the Amway Sales and Marketing Plan!

Increase your incentives Once you have reached the Founders Platinum level, you can start to receive monthly payments from the Founders Platinum Growth Programme. Incentive payments start at270/335 a month, for each of the following months in which you reach the minimum required Award PV. If you add at least one qualified leg to the necessary monthly volume, your monthly payments will grow from 400/500 to 800/1000. This additional volume requirement starts from as low as 1000 Award PV.

Aim high If you think you may not finish the performance year as a qualified Founders Platinum, or if you start to qualify at this level during the performance year, then dont worry. For you, the best option is to become what is called a rolling Q12 ABO and so that you can start receiving FPG monthly payments after completing 12 consecutive qualification months. These opportunities await you, even if right now you are at the 15% or 18% level. With real focus on growth, you can achieve direct results and really make a difference to yourself, your business and your family! By making the right decisions, setting your own goals and doing whatever is necessary to reach them, you can achieve more than you ever thought possible. The LTS 2013 will take place in Disneyland Paris. For the first time in almost 10 years, attendees from Europe and Russia will be able to bring their kids along for the ride at a special family event.

You may have your own presence on the internet, through your own website or social media platforms, and your status will be acknowledged in Amways publications like the Amagram or Achievers magazines. But does your personal photograph reflect your success? It should tastefully represent your position as a professional business person youve come this far and you should look the part. If you currently dont have this kind of picture, arrange for your partner, a friend or fellow ABO to capture you on camera, using the following tips.

Preparing for the photoshoot before the lens is on you


G et a good nights sleep before the photoshoot, so you look well rested on the day. F loss and brush your teeth before the session so you can smile with confidence. L ook classically groomed, not reflecting any particular trend or fashion - this can quickly make the photo look dated. Classic business attire or smart-casual clothing, neat hair and subtle, flattering makeup will create a look that will still look good in a few years. That way you dont have to re-shoot every year to update or change your photo for different audiences. Bridal or family pictures should not be used for business photos. Also, avoid wearing sunglasses, hats or other distracting accessories.

M atte makeup looks better on camera than a shiny, freshly moisturised face, so take along your shade of powder to apply when needed, as camera lighting can warm the face this tip applies for men too!

Take your time to go through each of the photos and select the best ones

Photography and posing tips


T he photo should be in digital format (.jpg) and the resolution of the photo should be high (at least 300-350 dpi) to ensure a clear and sharp image in print publications, like Amagram or Achievers. Y our head and shoulders should be centred in the photo. If two people are in the picture, try to be on the same level, rather than having one person sitting and the other standing. M ake sure the background of your photo is neutral like wearing classic, instead of trendy, clothing, a patterned or cluttered background may look outdated in a few years. A neutral background also allows the subject of the photo (you!) to take centre stage, making a clearer shot.

E nsure your photographer, whether it is your partner or a friend, knows how to capture you in the most flattering light possible light shone on you complements your features more than light behind you, and makes a brighter shot. T he distance of the shot should be close up enough so that it's easy to tell that it's you, but far away enough so you feel comfortable. Its a portrait shoot after all, not a model cover shot, so the photo doesnt need to show every pore.

R elax! Its just a camera and many shots can be taken so you can choose your favourite(s) and delete the less-flattering ones. Also, being relaxed will produce more natural-looking photos. M ake eye contact with the camera lens and remember that youre wonderful and have achieved great success in your Amway business!

Pearl Has 3 21% groups in one month

Founders Ruby Has attained 12 qualifying months at Ruby within FY

Founders Platinum Has attained 12 qualifying months at Platinum within FY.

Ruby Has attained at least 20,000 PV Ruby volume within one month

Platinum Has attained 6 Silver Producer months, 3 of them consecutively, within a rolling 12 month period.

Gold Producer Has attained 3 qualifying Silver Producer months within a rolling 12 month period.

Silver Producer Has attained for 1 month 10,000 personal group PV or 1 21% group and 4,000 PV, or 2 21% groups in the same month.

18% 7,000 group PV in one month

15% 4,000 group PV in one month

12% 2,400 group PV in one month

9% 1,200 group PV in one month

6% 600 group PV in one month
