Annihilation: The Brink Of War (Takuma looks at the TV) Takuma: They failed Vincent: Is this a nightmare!! That cannot be real!! Yuan: Britain will declare war against North Korea!! Takuma: Yuan, I dont think you get the picture... This is World War Three!! The French won't be happy either and that just opens a new can of worms (They look at each other) Vincent: We need to get out of this place Yuan: He hasn't tied us up, We could make a break for it. Takuma: We are going to have to be very careful and make a break for the stairs Vincent: First of all we need to find what happened to HQ are they all still alive, is anyone still alive Yuan: If it's just us left then we need to be strong and we need to fight back, We can't just run and forget about this we need to end this and we need to end this NOW!! Takuma: You are right (He gets up and hides behind a desk) (Yuan nods his head) (Takuma takes off his belt) (He points the buckle at the three guards) (He presses the strap) (Stun darts hits the three guards) (They fall to the grounds) Vincent: Thank god for Owen, Takuma don't move Yuan: Before we do anything we need to knock out the CCTV

Takuma: Owen also fitted this belt with an EMP that knocks out any electrical device Vincent: For how long Takuma: Permanent Vincent: Its that powerful? Takuma: It's Owen we are talking about here, when I press this it will knock out everything, the lights, the doors, the CCTV, we will be blind. (Yuan looks at Vincent) Yuan: He has guards with night vision glasses, we wont stand a chance Vincent: We have to find a guard first (Roger coughs) Roger: I am sure that would have been a fantastic plan really (He claps mockingly) Yuan: What do you care, as long as innocent people die and world war is achieved then nothing else matters Roger: It's just business and it makes me a very rich man, VERY RICH (He spreads out his hands) (He looks at his guards) Vincent: What are you gonna do to us? Roger: You mean what I am going to do to you two, as much as it pains me to see Yuan's betrayal, I made a promise to his mother when she died that I would take care of him and I will do that (Guards grab Vincent and Takuma) Yuan: LET THEM GO!!! Roger: Put them in the Aires chamber, I will deal with them later (He looks at Yuan) Take him and make sure you do not leave him out of your sight (Takuma and Vincent make a struggle) Vincent: WE WILL STOP YOU!! Roger: YOU! Two teenagers, the sole remaining personnel left of the British Intelligence Service, I'd like to see you try (He smiles) and who said I was going to do anything else, it all takes care of itself now. Take them away

[In London engulfed in fire...] (Fireflash breathes in) (He absorbs the nuclear energy) (He screams in agony) Fireflash: AAAAAAAHHHHHHH! (He flies up) AHHHHHAHHAHHHAHAAAAAAAHHHAHAHHAH! (The fires follow him upward) [Over Ashtead...] (Aeroboy and Arrow hover in the sky) Aeroboy: Whats he doing, hes going up, looks like towards Space!! Arrow: NO YOU CANT, YOU WONT BE ABLE TO BREATHE Aeroboy: I'm not sure I will be able to do it, But I am gonna go back and stop this (He spins into a vortex) Arrow: Where are you going? (Aeroboy disappears) [Before the Explosion...] [At Intelligence HQ....] Hewlett: Ive just had an emergency meeting with the JIC and the prime minister and The Prime Minister's Security Adviser and Head of Intelligence they say there is not enough time for evac of London, so you have to intercept Aaron: Roger James: Lets go! Henry: How long has the missiles been airborne Melody: Missiles have been in the air for 4 minutes; We cannot track the targets yet as the missiles have not taken a pre assigned course (Beep) Olivia: Targets confirmed Hewlett: Where?

Olivia: Paris AND LONDON! Hewlett: GUYS! Aaron: IM ON IT (They run to the pods) Henry: THERES NO TIME!!! THE WINDOWS (They take off) Aaron: IMOGEN, THE WINDOW!!!!!! (Imogen just opens the window in time) (Papers on her desk fly around) [In the sky...] Fireflash: Imogen come in!! Imogen: Coordinates 48 51 24 N, 2 21 3 E 48.856667, 2.350833 (They fly left) Speed up to Mach 2, at your present speed you should reach the missile in 3 minutes over Belarus leaving you only 2 minutes to get rid of it before it reaches the coordinates I gave you (They fly at Mach speed) [ At Intelligence HQ...] {On the TV screen....} Hewlett: I hope they can act fast, if they fail North Korea will spark World War Three [In the sky...] Fireflash: THERE IT IS!!! Arrow: ITS GOING ALONG THE CHANNEL AND COMING IN FROM THE SOUTH!! (Arrow flies to the missile) Arrow: AAH! Im burnt Fireflash: HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE!! Arrow: I DONT Imogen: 20 SECONDS GUYS (FireFlash grabs the missile)

Imogen: Youre in direct hit for the Eiffel Tower and youre approaching Paris Fireflash: I CAN SEE THAT!! (He looks down then looks ahead) Arrow: LET GO AARON!! Fireflash: WHAT!! Arrow: LET GO (He takes his hands off the missile) (Arrow shoots his laser eyes at the missile) (The missile explodes over Paris) Arrow: YES!! Fireflash: 1 down 1 to go!! [Over the English channel....] (Aeroboy is chasing down the missile bound for London) Aeroboy: Come on . come on!!! [At Intelligence HQ....] (Screen bleeps) Andrew: Unidentified Object closing fast on the missile, Speed 402mph (Kerry taps at her keyboard) Kerry: Locked on to target, its James Melody: When will he get to the missile Andrew? Andrew: Err, In two minutes time over Manston in Kent (Imogen puts on her headset) Imogen: James this is Imogen, come in please Over the speakers: Imogen, am I glad to hear you, how long left till the missile reaches London? Imogen: You have got seven minutes till that missile hits the royal observatory Over the speakers: Doesn't leave a lot of time [Over Manston......] (James is side by side with the missile)

(He grabs the missile) (He tries to move it off course) [At HQ....] (Everyone listens over the speakers) Speakers: I... can't, this thing wont budge Melody: Try again you have got 5 minutes [Over Sevenoaks....] (James pulls as far left as he can) (The missile slowly changes course) James: I'M gaining control, I can do this (He moves the missile skywards) [At HQ.....] Andrew: HE'S DONE IT, HE'S TAKING THE MISSILE INTO THE UPPER ATMOSPHERE!!! (They all cheer) [In the sky.....] (At the side of the missile a countdown ticks down to zero) James: Looks like all is well and another day is saved. [At Intelligence HQ ..] (Everyone is hugging each-other) Andrew: Wait, the timer is still counting down, there is 8 seconds left, the missile will explode!!! James come in the missile is also... [In the sky... ] (James smiles) (The missile explodes) [At HQ...] Andrew: Confirmed explosion (Melody puts her hand over her mouth)

Kerry: He's not answering and the scanners indicate that he is losing altitude Andrew: He's blacked out and falling fast (Andrew puts on his headset) Kerry: Confirmed impact is the Atlantic Ocean just off the coast of Spain Andrew: James!! Pull up!!! James Kerry: He's not going to answer Melody: Impact time is 2 minutes with his rate of descent Andrew: Henry and Aaron are still off the coast, they can be there in a flash [In the South of France.... ] Fireflash: That stop off in Monaco was immense, don't know why we don't .. (Andrew interrupts) Andrew: There is no time to explain, but you need to get to the coast just off Spain, James has blacked out and is falling fast he will hit the ocean in 90 seconds (Fireflash looks at Arrow) Fireflash: We need to teleport, grab my arm (They teleport) [Over the Spanish coast) (Fireflash and Arrow appear) Fireflash: I don't see him (Arrow points) Arrow: THERE HE IS!!!!! COME ON! (They fly towards a falling Aeroboy) [At HQ ..] Andrew: 8 seconds, COME ON (They wait in silence) (6 seconds later .} Speaker: WE GOT HIM .. (They all cheer in the background) (Andrew sighs)

[Later that day: At Whitehall, London, United Kingdom...] (The prime minister chairs a joint cobra and JIC meeting) Prime Minister: What we have seen today by North Korea, is a blatant disregard for international laws, They targeted two big world cities with the intent to kill many. This cannot stand Director General of MI5: This now puts the Security Service on RED alert, Airports, Train Stations, River Ports, Tube Stations, will be monitored. Chief of the SIS (MI6): But we are already on a state of RED Alert, we have been since the bomb went off in Scotland Yard. Let's not kid ourselves. This is a new era for the United Kingdom where we come under repeated attack from our enemies Home Secretary: The French are not happy at North Korea and want to retaliate, Spain and Italy are going to back them with Germany on the fence. Prime Minister: If we went in the United States and South Korea would back us instantly. Chief of the SIS: Russia and China would probably be North Korea's backup Director General of MI5: May I remind you that there is no going back from this, once done, we do not want to make the same mistake we made in 2001 Prime Minister: This is a country that had no regard for us or our people, They have sat in the shadows till now, waiting to attack us Director of GCHQ: The question that need answering is how does a country like that possess the technology and strike program that far supersedes our own? Chief of Defence Intelligence: The UN are holding an emergency meeting to decide what the most appropriate cause of action is against North Korea. Prime Minister: The fundamental point of this is, ifwe did not have the Superheroes attached to Intelligence Agency: Section D then we would not be talking right now Director General of MI5: Those teenagers are incredible for their age, My boy at home is the same age as them and does not know of how dangerous the world is. James Hewlett (Head of Intelligence): I am incredibly proud of my team today, they have prevented a catastrophic disaster and kept millions of people safe, But the frightening question is what happens when you don't succeed? You try and you try again Director of GCHQ: Exactly who's to say they don't strike again? Chief of the SIS: We need to ready for them at all times. (The prime minister puts his glasses on the cabinet table) Prime Minister: Ladies and Gentlemen, I regret to say this but we on the brink of war! TO BE CONTINUED.......
