PREFACE

To be a M.B.A student is a matter of proud; because you are in a field which helps you develop as a human being, and as a professional. You can upgrade your creativity and can produce new success stories your own and hence guide the people who will be at your place tomorrow. In management field you cant create success stories if you are not a good learner. You need to be good learner in order to sharpen the edge of your knowledge to achieve heights that you desire. Mere books of theoretical knowledge cant help you in any field whether it is Management, Technical, Finance, Marketing or any else. Only thing that can help you is practical knowledge. As a part of my learning in management field and a requirement of MBA programme, I have been given the opportunity to grab practical knowledge from the organization like SUMUL DAIRY.

We also observed in real the story of the industries problem existence and longetivity, the upturns and downturns of companys position, the customer satisfaction ,trade, business, culture and climate, employee relationships and other aspects that stands as pillars to the companys position.
