FACT OR FICTION?
Paper was invented by the Chinese by 105 AD during the Han Dynasty and spread slowly to the west via Samarkand and Baghdad.
Paper making and manufacturing in Europe began in the 10th century in Spain and Sicily, slowly spreading to Italy and South France reaching Germany by 1400. The rapid expansion of European paper production was enhanced by the invention of the printing press and the beginning of the Printing Revolution in the 15th century.

Close the Loop

OfficeTeams paper recycling service with a difference

Eliminating the need for a separate supplier

By collecting your paper waste in the OfficeTeam vehicles that deliver to you, you can utilise our resources more productively and remove the need for a separate recycling company and therefore minimise carbon emissions. Our recycling service is a closed loop recycling scheme which recycles your paper waste and converts it back into EcoTeam 100% recycled paper. By being part of our Close the Loop recycling scheme and using EcoTeam paper means that for every recycling bin you fill, you will save 15kgs going to landfill and 7.5kgs of CO2. To become part of our recycling scheme simply speak to your Account Manager.

EcoTeam coloured paper 100% recycled paper

Committed to the environment

EcoTeam Paper preserves forests whilst saving energy and water in production. It is a high quality, 100% recycled paper, guaranteed for use on photocopiers, laser, colour laser, mono and colour inkjet printers. EcoTeam Paper is made from 100% post consumer waste as well as being Blue Angel and Nordic Swan certified. It is also manufactured without the use of Optical Brightening Agents and complies to EN12281 European Technical Standard. It is ream wrapped in 500 sheets.

OfficeTeam paper is a competitively priced, versatile paper for everyday copying and printing.
Both virgin and recycled paper are needed to help keep up with the demand for paper. Recycled paper alone is not enough, as it can only be recycled 6/7 times before the fibres become too short and weak to use again. OfficeTeam paper contains between 75-80% of the fibre sourced from FSC certified forests and the balance is made up from long fibre pulp that is obtained from 100% sustainable forests. OfficeTeam laser copier paper is perfect for everyday copying and laser printer requirements, guaranteed for laser printing and double-sided copying and is FSC certified. Reams wrapped in 500 sheets, 5 reams in a box.
