MEETING ON 26.12.2011 [KEC International]

1. CMD(WZ) has desired that KEC should open a account with a OD of one crores at Indore for smooth working of project so that the project is not impeded by delay in payment to labour contractors. 2. By end of Dec 2011 the firm has committed that material worth 9.0 Crs will reach to site stores and by end of Jan2012 firm will put 30% (70.0 Crs) of material into their site stores. 3. It was surprise to note that M/s KEC has a new Manager, which is third change in the management to execute the project. It is expected that firm will keep consistency of manpower to execute the project in better way. 4. M/s KEC committed following delivery of progress,:i. By end of Jan.2012.1 No of 33/11 kv sub-station. ii. By end of 10th Feb20122 No(cumulative) of 33/11 kv substations. iii. By end of March 2012 ..5 No (cumulative) of 33/11 kv substations. 5. CMD(WZ) has very clearly stated that the ratio of HV works with 11kv works will not be less than 1:10 i.e against one 33/11 kv sub-station, work of 10 no 11kv feeders should be completed. Firm has given commitment for completion of 10 No. 11kv feeders in month of Jan. 2012.

6. CMD(WZ) has strictly instructed to adhere on safety precautions while working in field and ensure that no accident of any manner should occur during execution. 7. M/s KEC has submitted plan for execution up to March 2012. To achieve the targets as per plan, KEC has to be very aggressive in their approach. 8. As you are aware that the main aim of the project is to reduce AT&C Loss in LT Network. To achieve this errection of LT AB Cable in theft prone area is important but no inspection call for LT AB Cable is raised till date. You are required to procure this material on priority. 9. Inventory of steel items at you store is inadequate, therefore a proper planning is required for smooth flow of work. 10.Next meeting is scheduled on 09.01.2012.

GET

1. GET will submit BOQ of 10 no of Towns before 15th Jan 2012 and remaining 4 no of Towns by end of Jan 2012. 2. M/s GET has committed that by end of Jan2012 50% of material will reach to their site stores. 3. Quantity of energy will increase therefore a BOQ of all 14 towns shall be prepared so that variation in quantity can be derived. 4.
