JKP 415E/4 INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS COURSE INSTRUCTOR: DR. NORRAIHAN ZAKARIA INTRODUCTION This course highlights international organizations as vital players in international relations. It discusses the roles and functions of international organizations and their implications to international politics. The course examines the features, backgrounds and objectives of international organizations. To illustrate their dynamic roles and functions in international scenes, one main organization, the United Nations, is discussed. Other major international organizations are also analyzed constructively to boost students understanding of the effectiveness of international organizations in international politics.
