ALCALA, The municipality of Olutanga, province of Zamboanga identified as 4-6 th Class Municipality. The major source of income were farming and fishing. The current rice farms are being irrigated through rainfall which is not practically sufficient of the needs of water to be used in the farm. With the threat of climate change and its implication to food security in our midst, the need to install irrigation system is highly needed. Therefore, we would like to avail for an Irrigation Project to cover the Barangay of Gandaan. The local economy and food source of our municipality highly depend in Barangay Gandaan. Therefore any funding that would improve the capability to increase and sustains the rice farming would be certainly be of big help. Road development is one of the priority projects of the Local Government of Olutanga to access economic and social services that would generate increased of income in productive employment. However, the need to address these problems, our municipality has very limited resources. Therefore, we would like to request the Department of Agriculture to avail of the Road Concreting Project for the 20 barangay of our municipality . This project greatly benefit and addresses the perennial problem such as long travel time, high transport cost and inconvenience. We pray for your consideration and favorable action.

ALCALA, The Municipality of Olutanga Province Zamboanga Sibugay belongs to the 4-6th Class Municipality. It is an island municipality accessible from the mainland thru a barge or small boats. Our road network has been our boon to economic development since it facilitates easy delivery of our agricultural and fishery products to the market. But the erratic weather we experienced lately, our roads has been greatly affected and its conditions has become a bane to us since maintaining or rehabilitating these roads entail significant amount beyond our capacity. We therefore would like to request for funding for a Farm to Market Road Rehabilitation worth of P 10.0 Million intended for Barangay Tambanan. The said barangay serve as a transit point for other barangays to deliver their goods. We hope and pray that this request will merit your kind consideration.

ALCALA, The Municipality of Mabuhay Province ZamboangaSibugay belongs to the 4-6th Class Municipality. It is an island municipality accessible from the mainland thru a barge or small boats. It thrives on fishing and agriculture as its main sources of income. Many of the small farms in the municipality are clustered and rain-fed. During dry season, many of these small farms become idle. Though there are creeks and wells, these are hardly utilized due to the absence of a mechanism such as impounding dam or sort. We therefore would like to request for funding for a SMALL WATER IMPOUNDING PROJECT (SWIP) worthP 10.0 Million intended for Barangay Tambanan. ROXAS, The Municipality of Olutanga Province Zamboanga Sibugay belongs to the 4-6th Class Municipality. It is an island municipality accessible from the mainland thru a barge or small boats. It thrives on fishing and agriculture as its main sources of income. For several years, the municipality relied from its internal fund to construct small wharf for its number of fishermen. But with the increase of population and the number of fishing boats that dock and unload their goods, the current structure is no longer enough therefore there is a need to build a bigger and much serviceable Municipal Wharf to cater to its constituents. We therefore would like to request for funding for the construction of a Municipal Wharf to cater the volume of boats that dock and unload in the municipality.
